💡 A veces solo hace falta sentarse, respirar y pensar 💡
El dÃa de hoy quiero hablar de un tema que en estos momentos es importante para mà y que me encantarÃa compartir con ustedes, acompañado de distintos recursos gráficos (fotografÃas, dibujos, etc. Todas de mi autorÃa)
Indudablemente una de las peores cosas que te pueden suceder como creador son los bloqueos creativos, estos últimos dÃas por problemas personales no he estado tan activo como me gustarÃa en la plataforma creando mucho mas y mejorando mi contenido.
Y he notado que me cuesta y se me complica generar ideas o concretar otras, y ni se diga con los trabajos de la universidad. Entonces me puse a reflexionar sobre la creatividad y lo agotador mentalmente hablando que suelen ser estos momentos donde tenemos que generar aunque no nos sintamos cómodos para hacerlo.

Today I want to talk about a topic that is currently important to me and that I would love to share with you, accompanied by different graphic resources (photographs, drawings, etc. All of my authorship)
Undoubtedly one of the worst things that can happen to you as a creator are creative blocks, these last days due to personal problems I have not been as active as I would like on the platform creating much more and improving my content.
And I have noticed that it is difficult for me and it is difficult for me to generate ideas or specify others, and not to mention with the work of the university. Then I began to reflect on creativity and how mentally exhausting these moments tend to be where we have to generate even if we do not feel comfortable to do so.
Muchos piensan que la creatividad sólo favorece a personas que se dedican a actividades artÃsticas.
Actividades que la mayorÃa de las veces resumen en sólo los que dibujan y pintan, sin tomar en cuenta que la creatividad es parte de todos y que absolutamente todo el tiempo que la estamos usando y todos somos capaces de sacar cosas increÃbles aprovechando su potencial, pero si es cierto que a algunos nos cuesta mas que a otros.
La creatividad está más desarrollada principalmente en nuestras áreas afines.
Con esto quiero decir, que los artistas son creativos en la pintura y el dibujo porque son áreas en las que se desarrollan constantemente por lo tanto llegan a usar mucho más la creatividad con el fin de conseguir trabajos cada vez mas llamativos y originales.
Pero por poner algunos ejemplos los ingenieros también son creativos, los de construcción civil, sistemas, y demás tipos de ingenieros, los cantantes, obreros, deportistas, conductores de programas de televisión, creadores de contenido audiovisual, escritores, matemáticos y muchos otros profesionales, sin excluir a cualquier persona por su nivel académico.
Many think that creativity only favors people who are engaged in artistic activities.
Activities that most of the time summarize in only those who draw and paint, without taking into account that creativity is part of everyone and that absolutely all the time we are using it and we are all able to get incredible things taking advantage of its potential, but it is true that some of us cost more than others.
Creativity is most developed mainly in our related areas.
By this I mean, that artists are creative in painting and drawing because they are areas in which they are constantly developed therefore they come to use much more creativity in order to get increasingly striking and original works.
But to give some examples, engineers are also creative, those of civil construction, systems, and other types of engineers, singers, workers, athletes, television program hosts, creators of audiovisual content, writers, mathematicians and many other professionals, without excluding anyone because of their academic level.
Todos desarrollamos constantemente la creatividad y la usamos dÃa a dÃa para resolver distintos problemas que se nos presentan.
Es por ello que opino que no hay limites para ser creativos y mantenerse creando, ya sean productos profesionales o soluciones a problemas importantes.
We all constantly develop creativity and use it every day to solve different problems that are presented to us.
That is why I believe that there are no limits to being creative and staying creating, whether they are professional products or solutions to important problems.
Como les comenté creo que estoy pasando por un momento donde siento que se me hace difÃcil crear cosas mas interesantes pero aún asà no me rindo y sigo pensando en como mejorar, por esa razón decidà hablar de este tema hoy.
Porque me puse a pensar como lo hacemos todos en su momento, formas de aprovechar hasta las situaciones difÃciles para crear algo aprovechando lo bueno y dejando detrás todo aquello que no valga la pena aprovechar.
As I told you I think I am going through a moment where I feel that it is difficult for me to create more interesting things but still I do not give up and I continue thinking about how to improve, for that reason I decided to talk about this topic today.
Because I started to think about how we all do at the time, ways to take advantage of even difficult situations to create something taking advantage of the good and leaving behind everything that is not worth taking advantage of.
La creatividad es un proceso dinámico, que comprende una fuerza viva, que cambia constantemente y es una parte implÃcita del ser humano, es el motor que le da energÃa al desarrollo personal y ha sido la principal base de todo el progreso de la cultura.
De acuerdo con Longoria (2004), se pueden encontrar varios tipos de creatividad, de estos se pueden mencionar algunos como:
La creatividad plástica
La filosófica
La fluente
La cientÃfica
La inventiva
La social
Con esto quiero reafirmar que habiendo distintos tipos de creatividad hay que tener muy en cuenta que ella está allà dentro de ti, solo hace falta que la desarrolles, dedÃcale todo el tiempo que sea necesario y podrás realizar cosas increÃbles en poco tiempo.
Ve practica, crea y aprovecha al máximo lo que te ofrece tu entorno y siempre da el 100% de ti.
Creativity is a dynamic process, comprising a living force, constantly changing and is an implicit part of the human being, it is the engine that gives energy to personal development and has been the main basis of all the progress of culture.

Social
With this I want to reaffirm that having different types of creativity you have to take into account that it is there inside you, you just need to develop it, dedicate all the time that is necessary and you can do incredible things in a short time.
