Después del desayuno mi amada esposa me pidió que ayudara a mi hijo con su tarea de manos a la siembra, que es una materia extracurricular donde les enseñan a los niños a hacer semilleros para tener cultivos en casa, una actividad que está ayudando a muchos hogares. Desde hace ya varios meses, se han incrementado los cultivos de plantas de frutos comestibles en los jardines y patios de las casas, como consecuencia de una política de Estado que incluye a las escuelas. El año escolar pasado, sembramos ají y tomate, pero únicamente logramos que una planta diera frutos, en esta oportunidad vamos a sembrar, ají nuevamente, pimentón y cebollín.

Les puedo decir que en casa de mi amada madre el patio es más grande y ella tiene sembradas plantas de cambur y plátanos, hace unos días cortó un racimo de cambur y me envió dos manos, que estamos esperando se maduren para degustarlas y también haremos jugo. Es gratificante comer lo cosechado y además es un ahorro de dinero. También tiene un árbol de limón con frutos casi todo el año y en nuestra nevera siempre tenemos limones gracias a esa bendita planta, ayer por cierto mi esposa hizo jugo de papelón con limón, que es muy refrescante.
I can tell you that in my beloved mother's house the patio is bigger and she has planted cambur plants and bananas. A few days ago she cut a bunch of cambur and sent me two hands, which we are waiting for to ripen so that we can taste them and also make juice. It's rewarding to eat what you've harvested and it's also a money saver. It also has a lemon tree with fruit almost all year round and in our fridge we always have lemons thanks to that blessed plant, yesterday by the way my wife made papelón juice with lemon, which is very refreshing.
Como mi amada esposa tenía un malestar de la cervical, preparé para el almuerzo bistecs aliñados con cebollín, ají y pimentón, me quedó un poco picante pero a todos nos gustó, lo acompañé con espaguetis y por supuesto que se lo llevamos a la cama para que no caminara. Gracias a Dios ha ido mejorando. Después del almuerzo mis hijos prepararon pan con nutella como merienda y nos llevaron nuestra parte a la habitación, siempre tan consentidores. Del ají, el pimentón y el cebollín utilizados, tomamos las semillas y la raíz, respectivamente, para la siembra de la tarea escolar de mi hijo, todo quedó perfecto, gracias a Dios.
As my beloved wife had a cervical discomfort, I prepared for lunch steaks seasoned with scallion, chili and paprika, it was a little spicy but we all liked it, I accompanied it with spaghetti and of course we took it to bed so it would not walk. Thank God he has been getting better. After lunch my children prepared bread with nutella as a snack and they took our part to the room, always so spoiled. From the chili, paprika and chives used, we took the seeds and the root, respectively, for the sowing of my son's school work, everything was perfect, thank God.

Para la cena mi esposa se sentía mejor y se animó a venir a la mesa a comerse sus arepitas fritas con queso y café negro claro.

Para cerrar les cuento que en mi país se está iniciando una nueva modalidad de flexibilización de la cuarentena, donde nuevos sectores están abriendo sus puertas al público, esperemos que todos asuman las medidas de prevención adecuadas, para no tener un rebrote de contagios de covid-19, lo importante en estos casos es que las personas continúen cuidándose como los primeros días de inicio de la cuarentena, esperemos que la curva de los casos reportados siga bajando su intensidad y podamos vivir con los casos de contagio controlados.
