Happy beginning of Holy Week my dear friends of Hive, I hope you are well and with God's blessing.
Today Palm Sunday I got up very early to go to church, as I usually do every Sunday.
Because it was a special day today the mass began earlier with the blessing of the palms, which was held in the parking lot of the neighborhood of the mango sector, after the priest said a beautiful and the holy gospel in short version, sprinkled with holy water the palms and all present, and then went in procession to the church which was about two blocks away.
We entered the church in order and took our seats to listen to the Eucharist, which by the way was very beautiful and a little long, because we were celebrating the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem on this day.
The priest and two other parishioners narrated today's gospel, which was about the passion of our Lord Jesus Christ, according to St. Luke.
Today's gospel invites us to a deep conversion, in a world so full of distractions, we must return to what is essential: our personal relationship with God and service to others.
May this Holy Week be a favorable time to contemplate with hope the redemptive love of our Lord Jesus Christ that he offers us from the cross, so that, as pilgrims of hope, as we celebrate his Resurrection, we may live fully the new life that he offers us. Amen.

Feliz inicio de la semana santa mis queridos amigos de Hive, esperó se encuentren bien y con la bendición de Dios.
Hoy Domingo de Ramos me levante muy temprano para ir a la iglesia, como acostumbro todos los domingos.
Por ser un día especial hoy la misa comenzó más temprano con la bendición de las palmas, el cual se realizó en el estacionamiento del vecindario del sector los mangos, luego de que el sacerdote dijera una bonitas y el santo evangelio en version corta, rocío con agua bendita las palmas y todos los presentes, para luego salir en procesión hasta la iglesia que estaba a unas dos cuadras.
Entramos a la iglesia en orden y tomamos asiento para escuchar la eucaristía, que por cierto estuvo muy bonita y un poco extensa, por celebrar este día la entrada triunfal Jesús a Jerusalén.
El sacerdote y otros dos feligreses, narraron el evangelio de hoy que se tardaba de la pasión de nuestro señor Jesucristo, según San Lucas.
El evangelio de hoy nos invita a una profunda conversió, en un mundo tan lleno de distracciones, debemos volver a lo esencial: nuestra relación personal con Dios y el servicio a los demás.
Que esta Semana Santa sea un tiempo favorable para contemplar con esperanza el amor redentor de nuestro Señor Jesucristo que nos brinda desde la cruz, para que, como peregrinos de esperanza, al celebrar su Resurrección, podamos vivir plenamente la vida nueva que Él nos ofrece. Amén.
