Hi everyone! In this opportunity I share with you an achievement accomplished in my medicine career, a very important goal in order to continue advancing in this great career.
Pediatrics was my first hospital rotation, in which I discovered a whole new world, gained excellent learning and also made new friends. The only unfavorable thing in this rotation is the time in which I had to live it, since for the pandemic reason everything becomes a little more tedious and you have to be very well protected.
In this rotation the children are very happy and with a little fear, because they always think that we are going to inject them or do something that could hurt them, and it is very important to know how to interact with them so that they are calm and it is also very important to know the clinical manifestations and make a good diagnosis.
In each watch that I went there was always something new to learn, the residents and specialists always explained the pathologies that came to me and we all take care of the cases together.
An excellent rotation that leaves me with very good lessons, now the next objective is Internal Medicine

Hola a todos! En esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un logro cumplido en mi carrera de medicina, una meta muy importante para poder seguir avanzando en esta grandiosa carrera.
Pediatría fue mi primera rotación hospitalaria, en la que descubrí un mundo totalmente nuevo, obtuve un excelente aprendizaje y también hice nuevos amigos. Lo único desfavorable en esta rotación es la época en que me tocó vivirla, ya que por el motivo pandemia todo se hace un poco más tedioso y hay que estar muy bien protegido.
En esta rotación los niños son muy alegres y con un poco de temor, debido a que siempre piensan que los vamos a inyectar o hacerles algo que podría doler, y es muy importante saber interactuar con ellos para que estén tranquilos y además es de mucha importancia para saber las manifestaciones clínicas y lograr hacer un buen diagnóstico.
En cada guardia que iba siempre había algo nuevo que aprender, los residentes y especialistas siempre me explicaban las patologías que llegaban y todos en conjunto atendemos los casos.
Una excelente rotación que me deja muy buenas enseñanzas, ahora el siguiente objetivo es Medicina Interna
