Today we will talk a little about my current goals, raise them help us to meet our objectives in a more organized way, they can be short term or long term, we can set daily goals, simple things that allow us to gradually get used to their use.

One of my purposes for this year is to find my inner peace, it sounds easy but believe me it is not, for this I have scheduled a series of activities that will allow me to reach my goal. The year 2020 taught me that being at peace with ourselves is essential to face adversities.
To achieve this I have decided to get away from the fatalistic news, I almost don't watch national TV, but I intend to get away from some social networks too, when I do my introspection exercise to see what was causing so many negative thoughts in me I realized that they shot up just when I was exposed to this kind of news, so I prefer to avoid them as much as possible.
I want to find an activity that I can do outside my home to distract me, I have years dedicated to meet the needs of my family group, this year I want to devote time, I have already planned some actions that I can take, I hope the covid is not an obstacle to this.
Finding a place to go from time to time at least once every three months where I can disconnect a bit and recharge my energy, I've been walking around for a while now, then I'll show you.
And the last and not less important is to look for professional help to learn how to manage many things in a more effective way, this should be the first but I am honest I find it hard to take that step, but I think I already took the most important one and that is to recognize that I need help, for sure I will be telling you around here how I advance in that process.
