what is turmeric?
It is a root spice from ginger family. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory herb that is been used for centuries to treat a variety of ailment. Turmeric also contains antioxidant which protects the skin cells from free radical damage.it can be used on skin diseases and is capable of making the skin glow.
I have lots of skin care products,but turmeric gel is super active...
ingredients for preparing turmeric powder as a skin care products:
Turmeric powder,honey and milk or yoghurt
(I make use of milk instead ).although yoghurt is more preferable. But the milk must be an unprocessed milk.
Preparation:
Get a container and wash it,rinse and dry it,add a tablespoon of turmeric powder
Add milk and honey and stir well.
**Application **
Wash face with warm water and clean with a neat napkin or handkerchief to keep the skin pores open
then,
Apply with bare hands or gloves and rub thoroughly on the face .
and leave for twenty to thirty depending.
It works like real magic
After that,wash with soap and warm water.
Do not use fabrics that are still in use because the yellow orange colour of the mixture is capable of staining fabrics.
Everything that has advantage must sure have a disadvantage. While making use of turmeric gel,and you notice any unnecessary redness in any particular part of the affected area,or itching or any other side effects,endeavour to discontinue use,
