Today we are going to review nothing more and nothing less than Selena Gomez's new album titled Revelación (Disclosure).
This new collection is the first project completely in Spanish by the singer, so I don't want to pass up the opportunity to give you a global review of the EP and a song by song review.

El día de hoy vamos a hacerle reseña a nada más y nada menos que el nuevo material discográfico de Selena Gomez, titulado Revelación.
Este nueva colección se trata del primer proyecto completamente en español realizado por la cantante, por lo que no quiero dejar pasar la oportunidad de hacerle una reseña global al EP y una reseña canción a canción.
1. DE UNA VEZ (At Once)
With this wonderful song we open the album, a song totally based on self-love, on overcoming episodes where we leave behind the past that broke us completely and we open ourselves to our inner light stronger than ever.

2. BUSCANDO AMOR (Searching for Love)
This new song is totally different from what I thought, it is a reggaeton in every sense of the word, it is based on female empowerment, and how women can go out to party and dance, just because they like it and not because they are looking for love or something else, the song has a duration of 3 minutes and 09 seconds, and it is worth mentioning that it has a mini rap, which comes like a ring to the finger.
Favorite Fragment: "We're just foolin' around, baby, we ain't lookin' for no ring".

Con esta maravillosa canción abrimos el disco, una canción totalmente basada en el amor propio, en la superación de episodios donde dejamos atrás el pasado que nos rompió por completo y nos abrimos a nuestra luz interior más fuertes que nunca.

2. BUSCANDO AMOR
Esta nueva canción es totalmente diferente a lo que creí, es un reggaeton en todo el sentido de la palabra, se basa en el empoderamiento femenino, y en como la mujer puede salir de fiesta a bailar, solo porque le gusta y no porque está buscando amor o algo más, la canción tiene una duración de 3 minutos con 09 segundos, y cabe destacar que tiene un mini rap, que le viene como anillo al dedo.
Fragmento Favorito: "Solo estamos vacilando, baby, no estamo' buscando anillo".
3. BAILA CONMIGO (Dance with Me)
Baila conmigo is another song that we have heard before and that I continue to enjoy as always, it is a reggaeton mixed with Pop music, which is based on connecting two people who are attracted to each other but neither of them understand the other's language, however they let the body language be the one that makes them understand each other.
Favorite Fragment: You want me to fall into temptation, look how it turns me on, that accent you have, I don't understand much but... dance, dance, dance with me.

4. DAMELO TO' (GIVE ME EVERYTHING)
Damelo To' is a song of 3 minutes and 03 seconds, and has a small collaboration with Myke Towers, is a catchy reggaeton with a little repetitive lyrics that make it enjoyable to the ear and gets stuck in your mind. In the song, the artist expresses to her lover to finish what she started because she doesn't feel anything but nothing really feels better than her name in his mouth, it has a slight sexual double meaning, but it can pass for innocent.
Favorite Fragment: "Stay I want to lose my manners until the wee hours of the morning ".
3. BAILA CONMIGO (con Rauw Alejandro)
Baila conmigo es otra canción que ya hemos escuchado antes y que por mi parte sigo disfrutando como siempre, es un reggaeton mezclado con música Pop, que se basa en conectar a dos personas que se atraen pero que ninguno de los dos entiende el idioma del otro, sin embargo dejan que sea el lenguaje corporal el que los haga entender.
Fragmento Favorito: Quieres que caiga en tentaciones, mira como me pone, ese acento que tienes, no entiendo mucho pero... baila, baila, baila conmigo

4. DAMELO TO' (Con Myke Towers)
Damelo To' es una canción de 3 minutos con 03 segundos, y tiene una pequeña colaboración con Myke Towers, es un reggaeton pegajoso con letras un poquito repetitivas que lo hacen disfrutable al oído y se te queda atrapada en la mente. En la canción, la artista le expresa a su amante que termine lo que empezó porque no siente nada pero que realmente nada se siente mejor que su nombre en la boca de él, tiene un ligero doble sentido sexual, pero puede pasar por inocente.
Fragmento Favorito: "Quédate que quiero perder los modales hasta la madrugada".
5. VICIO (Vice)
Vicio... literally it's a vice, it's a kind of smooth reggaeton, very moving, and enjoyable, just like the previous song, it's catchy and catches you until it stays in your mind, it has a duration of 2 minutes and 40 seconds, and reminds me a lot of the vibe of "De Una Vez" which at this point is appreciated to give freshness among so much danceable rhythm.
Favorite Fragment: "You healed my heart, you gave life to what was dead"..
6. ADIÓS (Goodbye)
This song was totally unexpected and I loved it, I love the vibe, the rhythm, the lyrics, everything was really perfect and very summery, too bad it's the shortest song of this whole project, with a duration of 2 minutes and 10 seconds, it's a mix between Pop, Dance and Reggaeton, very fresh and natural.
Favorite part: "This is not for you, the picture I uploaded, I wanted to tell you, yeah, bye ".
7. SELFISH LOVE
Sadly this album comes to an end with one of my favorite songs, from the first moment I heard it I have not been able to stop dancing to it, this mix of Tropical Pop-Reggaeton, is exquisite, which generally speaking speaks of those relationships of friendship with flirtation between two people who are obviously attracted to each other but have no commitments and that makes them possessive of each other's attention.
Fragment Favorite: "You like to make me jealous, all this time and we still got that selfish love".

5. VICIO
Vicio... literalmente es un vicio, es un tipo de reggaeton suave, muy movido, y disfrutable, al igual que la canción anterior, es pegajosa y te atrapa hasta quedarse tu mente, tiene una duración de 2 minutos con 40 segundos, y me recuerda mucho a la vibra de "De Una Vez" lo cual en este punto se agradece para dar frescura entre tanto ritmo bailable.
Fragmento Favorito: "Tú me sanaste el corazón, le diste vida a lo que estaba muerto".
6. ADIÓS
Esta canción fue totalmente inesperada y me encantó, me encanta la vibra, el ritmo, la letra, todo fue realmente perfecto y muy veraniego, lastima que sea la canción más corta de todo este proyecto, con una duración de 2 minutos con 10 segundos, es una mezcla entre Pop, Dance y Reggaeton, muy fresca y natural.
Fragmento Favorito: "Esto no es pa' ti, la foto que subí, te lo quería decir, yeah, adiós".
7. SELFISH LOVE (Con Dj Snake)
Tristemente este álbum llega a su fin con una de mis canciones favoritas, desde el primer momento que la escuché no he podido parar de bailar con ella, esta mezcla de Pop-Reggaeton Tropical, es exquisita, que en líneas generales habla de esas relaciones de amistad con coqueteo entre dos personas que se obviamente se atraen pero no tienen compromisos y eso hace que sean posesivos con la atención del otro.
Fragmento Favorito: "Te gusta darme celos, all this time and we still got that selfish love".

Overall, in my opinion, it is an impeccable work, very complete, very danceable and very fresh, it was strange not to have a ballad but being an EP, I can not complain, there is much self-love, much empowerment, lots of fun and color, the photographic material is splendid and beautiful, very well maintained, I really appreciate that in this work completely in Spanish, are new songs, not Spanish versions of her songs in English as we had seen previously.
The pronunciation is quite good for someone who does not speak Spanish, even though she is of Mexican descent, very well cared for and practiced, although there are slight spaces in which she is not understood much, but they are super short fragments and she picks up the thread quite well.
Lyrically speaking, they are themes that we have heard before in their songs in English, self-love, the exploration of their sexuality and sensuality, heartbreak, overcoming and healing, however, it is a nod to what I mentioned above, which is quite nice that they are new songs.
I highly recommend this album, open your mind and let yourself go with the rhythm.
En líneas generales, a mi criterio, es un trabajo impecable, muy completo, muy bailable y muy fresco, fue extraño no tener una balada pero tratándose de un EP, no me puedo quejar, hay mucho amor propio, mucho empoderamiento, mucha diversión y color, el material fotográfico es esplendido y hermoso, muy bien cuidado, aprecio mucho que en este trabajo completamente en español, sean canciones nuevas, no versiones en español de sus canciones en inglés como habíamos visto anteriormente.
La pronunciación es bastante buena para alguien que no habla español, aun cuando ella es de descendencia mexicana, muy bien cuidada y practicada, aunque hay ligeros espacios en los que no se le entiende mucho, pero son fragmentos super cortos y retoma bastante bien el hilo.
Líricamente hablando, son temas que hemos escuchado antes en sus canciones en inglés, amor propio, la exploración de su sexualidad y sensualidad, el desamor, la superación y la sanación, sin embargo, es un guiño lo que mencioné anteriormente, que es bastante agradable que sean canciones nuevas.
Recomiendo bastante este álbum, abran su mente y déjense llevar con el ritmo.
