kill frustration not let it take you out

Over expectation make you feel depressed most of the time you are expecting too much from yourself and when you start the work you want to do and that disappoint you in the middle, you start frustrating yourself and it make you discourage, you keep thinking about it that how you fail and how you are not able to Do the work.



Sometime you want to show off and you go for such challenges which is really hard for you to complete or that is not the correct time for you to Go for those challenges that really come hard to you. What you can accomplish and you believe that’s in your skill level range you have to optimize that.

In life when you accept hard task maybe that is by mistake or maybe you are stubborn and you want to accept challenges then you have to face lots of mistakes in life, they have to learn from it not to accept the failure and get disappointed and stop struggle you may accomplish think slowly when you make a mistake and you repeat you work and correct all the minor and major mistakes that will be very nice to kill frustration.


Most of time when someone fails performing some work they only think about why they fail they do not think that how they fail and how they can repeat the work and make it works in a positive side. A positive thinking always make you fighter.

Sometime when you get disappointed by failure of over and over the success on at your door but it just need another start and you get frustrated and you do not want to make a new start that is not a good sign for you , you always need to struggle and always need to push yourself forward and to stick to the work you want to solve for sure, then you will not get disappointed at some point and that will make you perfect in many ways.

And always trying to begin a new start you need to do more planning sans ally new strategies improve your style and way of work as well so that you can achieve your target and you can skip what you have done wrong.
sometime people want to recall something and they are not able to recall it this is because of so much life pressure n there mind that is not allowing their mind to work properly and recall things easily.

Many people are getting depresses by remembering those tragedies which had a very bad impact on their mind and it pushes them to get more depressed so it’s important to stop thinking about the past and keep pushing yourself to the positive side and not worry about what had done in the past but they have to enjoy the present and keep pushing toward the futures and try to make it more attractive and great.

Sometime there is no need to exaggerate things which have no importance in the life you need to skip the unimportant parts of life which pushes you to the past.
