Gracias a la iniciativa de @theycallmedan y el apoyo de @votovzla por crear este tipo de contenido en donde se busca integrar con la comunidad de una manera muy sencilla y practica, es por eso que es necesario la retro-alimentación entre los usuarios para hacer de hive un espacio genial en donde le demos nuestro punto de vista al mejoramiento de la plataforma y de que manera podemos contribuir en ella.
Es importante que la comunidad se exprese de una manera creativa en cuanto a su funcionamiento y como se manejan las diferentes directrices en la plataforma, ya sea con el proceso de votación, las dapps, como proyectamos nuestro contenido, como vendemos hive a las demás personas y sobre todo como generamos interacción y las ganancias, todo esto forma parte de el objetivo principal de esta iniciativa.

Las preguntas generadoras son perfectas para enlazar los criterios que tenemos en cuanto a la planificación y estrategia de la plataforma hive, así mismo vemos el punto de vista de los usuarios, ya que cada quien tiene una manera diferente de pensar. Esta iniciativa esta realizada en función del mejoramiento para crear nuevos productos que nos una aun mas como comunidad.

¿Qué mejoras le harías a Hive?
Desde el comienzo de Hive siempre lo he visto de una manera super completa, pero con el paso del tiempo puedo sacar algunas conclusiones que faciliten la vida a los usuarios. Una de las mejoras que le haría seria, la mejor facilidad y compresión de este gran ecosistema a los nuevos integrantes, ya que muchos al entrar se sienten un poco perdido, es por eso que se puede proponer crear una serie de tutoriales para que entiendan el concepto y como va la comunidad.
¿Cómo invitas a tus amigos a Hive?
En lo personal, me gusta mucho hablar de Hive, siempre que estoy en compañía lo hago, ademas que muchos familiares se encuentran aquí, llevo bastante tiempo en este tipo de plataforma y desde mis inicios he sido muy objetiva en cuanto a vender la información de hive. Aunque muchas personas no me toman la palabra al primer instante, al final cuando ven lo que hago y genero se logran interesar, existen todavía muchas personas que no entienden este ecosistema y no logran enganchar de una vez.
Muchas veces le doy tanta información que terminan sin entender, pero lo mas importante es hablarle primeramente que significa Hive y el funcionamiento principal de la plataforma, una vez entendido me gusta ir agregando un poco mas para que vayan tomando la idea y puedan arrancar.
¿Qué estrategia usas para invitarlos?
Considero que una de las estrategias mas usada es poder hablarle, que pueden generar ganancias con solo publicar contenido de calidad en la plataforma, también les aclaro un poco sobre el proceso de votación, ya que existen días en que no nos ira bien y otros de maravilla, lo mejor de todo es poder hacer comunidad.
Cuando les hablo de hive los mando a buscar lápiz y papel para que hagan sus anotaciones necesarias, al final le pido que me hagan preguntas sobre lo que ellos crean sea necesario y así vamos acumulando una serie de tips, ideas e interrogantes que le serán de utilidad en el futuro. Siempre trato de abarcar las cosas por parte, una vez que logro cautivar a un nuevo usuario me gusta explicar todo poco a poco, aunque muchas veces se les puede complicar la cosa, pero lo mejor es darle animo para que sigan adelante, otra manera efectiva es que tendrán un trabajo de buenos ingresos y al tiempo que ellos decidan, que pueden trabajar cómodamente desde casa con solamente tener Internet y un computadora, ademas de las ganas y el interés que le pongan a la plataforma.

Thanks to the initiative of @theycallmedan and the support of @votovzla for creating this type of content where we seek to integrate with the community in a very simple and practical way, that's why it is necessary to feed back among users to make hive a great space where we give our point of view to improve the platform and how we can contribute to it.

What improvements would you make to Hive?
Since the beginning of Hive I have always seen it in a super complete way, but as time goes by I can draw some conclusions that make life easier for the users. One of the improvements that I would do would be, the best facility and understanding of this great ecosystem to new members, since many when entering feel a little lost, that's why we can propose to create a series of tutorials to understand the concept and how the community goes.
How do you invite your friends to Hive?
Personally, I really like to talk about Hive, whenever I'm in company I do it, besides many family members are here, I've been in this kind of platform for quite some time and since my beginnings I've been very objective about selling Hive information. Although many people do not take my word at first, in the end when they see what I do and generate interest, there are still many people who do not understand this ecosystem and fail to hook at once.
Many times I give you so much information that you end up not understanding, but the most important thing is to talk first about what Hive means and the main operation of the platform, once understood I like to add a little more so that you can take the idea and start.
What strategy do you use to invite them?
I consider that one of the most used strategies is to be able to talk to you, that you can generate profits just by publishing quality content on the platform, I also clarify a little about the voting process, since there are days when it will not go well and others of wonder, the best of all is to be able to make community.
When I tell them about hive, I send them to get pencil and paper to make their necessary notes, at the end I ask them to ask me questions about what they think is necessary and in this way we accumulate a series of tips, ideas and questions that will be useful in the future. I always try to cover the things by part, once I manage to captivate a new user I like to explain everything little by little, although many times the thing can be complicated for them, but the best thing is to give them encouragement so that they continue ahead, another effective way is that they will have a work of good income and at the time that they decide, that they can work comfortably from home with only to have Internet and a computer, besides the desire and the interest that they put to the platform.
