Un placer saludarlos y compartir en esta comunidad de GEMS, un día super relajado de SPA en casa, debido a que estamos en días Radicales en mi pais Venezuela, mi cosmetóloga viene a casa y claro con todos los protocolo de Bioseguridad.
El cuidado del rostro es algo primordial para nuestra salud física y mental así como cuidamos nuestra alimentación, ejercitamos nuestro cuerpo también es importante cuidar el cutis ya que debido al sol, la edad, factores ambientales, mala alimentación el tabaquismo, el excesos de maquillaje se nos van marchitando perdiendo su luminosidad y causando un envejecimiento prematuro.
Entonces pensé... ¿Necesito una limpieza de Cutis ?

PASO 1 - HIGIENE

ESPUMA PARA LIMPIEZA // ESPUMA PARA LIMPIEZA En este paso se aplica una espuma jabonosa para remover todas las impureza y se prepara el cutis para el siguiente paso.

PASO 2- VAPORIZACION

En este paso se coloca vapor en el cutis para eliminar toxinas, aumentar la temperatura de la sangre, activar la circulación y también suavizar los tejidos para su extracción.

En este paso se realiza la extracción de impurezas, aquí se utiliza sacacomedon manual en la zona que es mas compleja y las lesiones pueden ser mas grandes, en mi caso mi zona problema fue la nariz, pómulos y mentón. no les miento si le digo que llore jajaja

PASO 4 - Paleta Ultrasonica

En este paso se aplica un gel y se pasa La paleta ultrasónica para ayuda a sacar ese sebo que aun esta en los poros y ese gel nos sirve de conductor para que la grasa salga y se quede en el gel y el ultrasonido emite unas vibraciones que permite que el sebo salga al exterior fácilmente, aquí estamos haciendo una exfoliación ultrasónica.

PASO 5 - Microdermoabrasion

En este paso se retirar toda las células muertas del rostro barriendo toda esa pelusa de células muertas haciendo que la piel se vea mas suave mas clara, mar tersa dándole suavidad a este proceso también se le dice pulido facial. Al terminar este proceso se coloca un tónico para restablecer el Ph de la piel y desinfectar.
In this step, all the dead cells from the face will be removed, sweeping away all that fluff of dead cells, making the skin look smoother, clearer, smoother, giving this process smoothness, it is also called facial polishing. PASO 6 - Mascarillas de Carbón y de Arcilla

Ya este paso me pusieron una mascarilla de carbón para terminar de remover puntos negros en zona T, pómulos y mentón que es mi zona problema y en el resto del cutis mascarilla de arcilla verde para refrescar y desinflamar la piel de los procesos anteriores, al secar se retira para seguir al próximo paso.

PASO 7 - Alta frecuencia

Aquí en este paso mas que es para desinfectar y calmar las bacterias que causa el acné que se pueden activar con la extracción.

PASO 8 - Hidratacion Profunda con Dermapen -
STEP 8 - Deep Hydration with Dermapen
Aquí comienza la hidratación con Serum que seria la aplicación Acido Hialurónico, Vitamina C y Vitamina E esto lo aplicaron con dermapen a 0,25 milímetro de profundidad en la piel para nutrir y e hidratar la piel, para darle mucho mas luminosidad. Esto son muchas agujitas que van pasando por todo el cutis, haciendo que entre entre el serum y puede ser un poco molestoso en caso mi piel es muy delicada se pone roja muy rápido.
Here begins the hydration with Serum that would be the application of Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, this was applied with dermapen 0.25 millimeter deep into the skin to nourish and hydrate the skin, to give it much more luminosity. PASO 9 - Adsorción del Serum

Aquí en este paso esperamos un tiempo que la piel vaya adsorbiendo todo el seguro aplicado con el dermapen, así que esperamos que se seque para llegar al ultimo paso.
Here in this step we wait a while for the skin to absorb all the insurance applied with the dermapen, so we wait for it to dry to reach the last step.
PASO 10 - Mascarilla Hidroplastica de Plata
STEP 10 - Silver Hydroplastic Mask
Aquí me colocaron una mascarilla hidroplastica en mi caso me colocaron de plata por que es aclarante, su activador fue acido hialuronico para terminar de hidratar y refrescar, se siente muy fría en el cutis.
Here they put me a hydroplastic mask in my case they put me silver because it is lightening, its activator was hyaluronic acid to finish hydrating and refreshing, it feels very cold on the skin.
Aquí ya terminaron retirando la mascarillas hidroplastica y me siento la piel limpia y muy suave.

Este el antes y después de la limpieza e Hidratación profunda quede encantada gracias a mi Cosmetóloga Fabiana. Se nota el cambio lo limpio de impureza y celular muertas, siento la piel muy suave y mas clara. Feliz con mis resultados!
This before and after cleansing and deep hydration I was delighted thanks to my Cosmetologist Fabiana. The change is noticeable, how clean the impurity and dead cells are, my skin feels very soft and clearer. Happy with my results!
