in GEMS4 months ago

Hi everyone. I hope you all are doing well.
Welcome to the beautiful day of June. Hope you are able to enjoy every day of your life be it with good memories or bad. Good and bad things make our lives beautiful.

July marks a beautiful time of the year. At this time, a lot of flowers are everywhere. Among them, there are krisna chura, jarul, kathgolap, muhua and other flowers. Every day when it is time to go to university I watch with fascinated eyes. Some day I will share it with you. I have shared many of these which you can see on my YouTube channel.

On this beautiful day, I am here with a beautiful recipe. That is the Beef bone curry with lentils. It is known in all countries of the Asian continent and is among the favorite foods of young to old people.

I learned this recipe from my mother. My mother is more conscious about feeding us nutritious food. She cooks this food for us with great care. My father loves to eat bones. We eat this food with more enthusiasm for that.

Ingredients-

Beef Bone
Any kind of lentil
Hot water
Garlic cumin paste,
Ginger paste
Onion
Fresh chili
Ghee
Soybean oil
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Salt
lemon juice

Step 1-

Generally, cow bones are very hard. I cut the bones into small pieces while buying them from the market. I washed them well and drained the water.

Step 2-

I have blended ginger, garlic and cumin. Then I took spices to marinate the beef bone. At first, I gave salt to taste. There is a possibility of forgetting later. So that, I add it first. Marinating the meat is the most laborious step in cooking any kind of meat. This step should be done very well. Here I will give all kinds of dry masala and paste masala. I have given here ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, turmeric powder, and chilli powder. Mix everything together and leave it for some time.

Step 3-

Add a little ghee or oil to it with cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf. I will add marinated beef bone. And cook for a while.

Step 4-

Add enough hot water to the cooked beef bones. After cooking for some time, I cooked it in a pressure cooker. I waited till 9-10 siti was given.

Step 5-

I have used boot lentils here. I soaked the lentils of the boot in water for 5 hours. Then in a pan I fried the onion, and bay leaf and add the soaked dal in it. I have added salt and turmeric powder. I fried it well. Then I added it with pre-cooked beef bones.

Pulses and beef bones should be cooked well together. The amount of water should be increased so that it boils well. When the water dries up a little, it should be taken down and served with lemon. It is eaten with hot rice. It is very tasty to eat.

This food is very useful for a little older people. We know that bone loss occurs with age. Cow or goat bones are rich in calcium which prevents bone loss.

Cow bones contain a lot of calcium. By eating the bone structure of the body will be very good. Doctors recommend eating more bone broth to cure bone problems. On the other hand, pulses are rich in protein. All in all, this food is as good to eat as it is healthy.

That's all for today. Hope you like today's recipe. Thank you so much for giving your attention and time.
See you in the next post. Until then everyone stay well and stay healthy. Drink more water and eat healthy foods. You must make the recipe at home and tell how it turned out in the comments. Please pray for me. If you like or want to know something, please comment. I hope I can come up with another post after a few days. That's it for today. Goodbye. Take care.
