There are many beautiful cities and holiday destinations in Turkey that you can visit and see. You can go to these places with your family, friends, loved ones, by your own vehicle or by tour companies. I would like to tell you about the Black Sea tour I took in July 2021.

Türkiye de gidebileceğiniz ve görebileceğiniz bir çok güzel şehir ve tatil yöresi var. Buralara ailenizle, arkadaşlarınızla, sevdiğinizle, kendi aracınızla gidebileceğiniz gibi tur şirketleri ile de gidebilirsiniz. 2021 yılında temmuz ayında gerçekleştirdiğim Karadeniz turundan sizlere bahsetmek istiyorum.
Before talking about the trip, let me give you some brief information about the Black Sea region. Turkey consists of seven regions. One of them is the Black Sea region. There are many provinces and districts in our region, which has a coast to the sea, abundant greenery and natural beauties. It is one of our regions that has the most with the most in Turkey. To the east of the region is Georgia. The border point between Georgia and Turkey starts with Sarp Village. This village, which has a very old history, is partly in Georgia and partly in Turkey. The part on the Georgian side was called "Sarpi" and the part on the Turkish side was called "Sarp". It is the region with the highest amount of precipitation in Turkey. That's why there are so many mountainous and forested areas. It is rainy in almost every season. It is a fact that there are problems in transportation since it is a mountainous and forested area. Tea is produced mostly in the region. This tea has four harvest seasons. The best tea is collected in April and offered for sale by tea businesses in their own stores. People mostly make their living by fishing. After this brief information, we can now start our tour.
Geziden bahsetmeden önce Karadeniz bölgesi ile ilgili kısa kısa kısa bilgiler aktarayım. Türkiye yedi bölgeden oluşuyor. Bunlardan biri de Karadeniz bölgesidir. Denize olan kıyısı, yeşilliğin bol ve doğal güzelliklerini bir arada bulunduran bölgemizde çok sayıda il ve ilçelerimiz vardır. Türkiye' de en çok ile sahip olan bölgelerimizden biridir. Bölgenin doğusunda Gürcistan vardır. Gürcistan'la Türkiye arasındaki sınır noktası Sarp Köyüyle başlamaktadır. Çok eski bir geçmiş tarihi olan bu köyün bir bölümü Gürcistan'da bir bölümü de Türkiye'de yer alıyor. Gürcistan tarafında kalan bölümüne "Sarpi" Türkiye'de kalan bölümüne de "Sarp" adı verilmiş. Türkiye' de yağış miktarının en çok olduğu bölgedir. Bu yüzden dağlık ve ormanlık alanlar çok fazladır. hemen hemen her mevsim yağışlıdır. Dağlık ve ormanlık bir alan olduğu için ulaşım alanında sıkıntıların olduğu bir gerçektir. Bölgede en çok çay üretimi yapılıyor. Bu çayın dört hasat dönemi oluyormuş. En iyi çay nisan ayında toplanıp çay işletmeleri tarafından kendi mağazalarında satışa sunuluyor. Halk çoğunlukla Balıkçılık yaparak geçimini sağlamaktadır. Bu kısa bilgilerden sonra artık gezimize başlayabiliriz.
Let's take our steps to our region, which has clean air, lush nature, magnificent-looking plateaus above the white clouds and waterfalls, valleys and bridges filtered into the trees, for everyone who is overwhelmed by the extreme heat in summer.
Yaz ayında aşırı sıcaklardan bunalan herkese, tertemiz havası, yemyeşil doğası, bembeyaz bulutların üstündeki muhteşem görünümlü yaylaları ve ağaçların içine süzülmüş şelaleleri, vadileri ve köprüleri olan bölgemize adımlarımızı atalım.
I got up early that day because I was going to the Black Sea. I was supposed to be at Antalya Airport at 07:00. I had made all the preparations in the evening. I packed a suitcase and a backpack. When I arrived at the airport at 07:00, I wondered where the other people who joined the tour were. Our plane would depart at 08:00. While waiting in line to check in, I saw someone writing "Magıdos Tur" in his hand. He was trying to gather the tour participants together. After everyone was done, we got on our plane. After an hour and a half flight, we landed at Trabzon Airport.
Karadeniz'e gideceğim için o gün erkenden kalkmıştım. Saat 07.00'de Antalya Havalimanında olmam gerekiyordu. Tüm hazırlıklarını akşamdan yapmıştım. Bir bavul bir de sırt çantası hazırlamıştım. Saat 07.00'de havalimanına geldiğimde tura katılan diğer insanlar nerede diye merak ettim. Uçağımız saat 08.00'de hareket edecekti. Check'in yapmak için sırada beklerken elinde "Magıdos Tur" yazan birini gördüm. Tura katılanları bir arada toplamaya çalışıyordu. Herkes işlemlerini hallettikten sonra uçağımıza bindik. Bir buçuk saatlik uçak yolculuğundan sonra Trabzon Havalimanını indik.
Our tour guide greeted us as soon as we landed and dropped us in a private vehicle. About 15 people got on a minibus. We made our way to the Sumela monastery, which was our first stop. On the way, they tried to get us excited by playing local pieces belonging to the Trabzon region :)) The traffic was a bit heavy as the tour program coincided with the holiday. After a long struggle, we came to the monastery. The weather has cooled a little. It started to rain lightly. In order to get to the monastery, we had to walk for about 20 minutes from where the vehicle stopped.
Tur rehberimiz bizi iner inmez karşıladı ve özel bir araca indirdi. Yaklaşık 15 kişi bir minibüse bindik. İlk durağımız olan sümela manastırına doğru yol aldık. Yolda giderken Trabzon yöresine ait olan yöresel parçalar çalarak bizi coşturmaya çalıştılar:)) Tur programı bayrama denk geldiği için trafik biraz yoğundu. Uzun uğraşlar sonucunda Manastıra geldik. Hava biraz serinledi. Hafiften yağmur yağmaya başladı. Manastıra gidebilmek için aracın durduğu yerden yaklaşık 20 dakika yürümemiz gerekiyordu.
When we came to Monastery, I was dazzled when I saw this historical monument built on the top of the mountain in the middle of the greenery. The symbols and pictures drawn on the stones all have a different story. The monastery is also called the "Virgin Mary" monastery. The monastery, which has separate sections and rooms, is built into a rugged mountain, attracting everyone's attention as a historical heritage of our culture. The monastery was built in an area 300 meters from the center on the Montenegro foothills of Altındere village. As you look down from the inside, you see dense foggy air, lush nature and dense forests. In the middle of the monastery, there is a picture of a deer on the wall. It is said that this deer painting shows the value that Orthodox Christians give to culture and art, and that they use this symbol as immortality. I couldn't take many pictures inside the monastery. If I had known I was going to write these, I would have taken every frame of it. Because I love green and nature, I focused on landscape paintings.
Manastır'a geldiğimizde dağın zirvesinde yeşilliğin tam ortasında yapılan bu tarihi eseri görünce resmen gözlerim kamaştı. Taşların üzerinde çizilen semboller ve resimlerin hepsinin ayrı bir hikayesi var. Manastır "Meryem Ana " manastırı olarak da adlandırılıyor. Ayrı bölümleri ve odaları olan manastır da engebeli bir dağın içine yapılmış, tarihi bir miras kültürümüz olarak herkesin ilgisini çekiyor. Manastır, Altındere köyünün Karadağ eteklerinde merkezden 300 metre uzaklıkta bir alana yapılmış. İçerden aşağılara doğru baktıkça yoğun sisli havayı yemyeşil doğayı ve sık ormanları görüyorsunuz. Manastırın tam ortasında duvarda bir geyik resmi var. Bu geyik resmi, Ortodosk Hristiyanlarının kültür ve sanata vermiş oldukları değeri gösterdiklerini ölümsüzlük olarak da bu sembolü kullandıkları söyleniyor. Manastırın içinde çok fazla resim çekemedim. Bunları yazacağımı bilseydim her karesini çekmek isterdim. Yeşili ve doğayı çok sevdiğim için manzara resimlerine ağırlık verdim.
