Hi everyone! I introduce myself to this beautiful community. For a long time I have wanted to be part of this and share a bit of myself with you.
Mi nombre es Patricia, tengo 22 años (muy pronto tendré 23), soy venezolana pero vivo en Perú desde hace 4 años. Antes de venir aquí me dedicaba a estudiar, estaba en la carrera de sociología. Además de eso, también me tomaba el tiempo para estudiar inglés (y gracias a mis conocimientos en el inglés, pude conseguir ser parte de un intercambio cultural y viajar a los Estados Unidos), asistía a lecciones de salsa casino (porque amo bailar) y a hacía yoga varias veces por semana.
My name is Patricia, I am 22 years old (very soon I will be 23), I am Venezuelan but I have lived in Peru for 4 years. Before coming here I was studying, I was studying sociology. In addition to that, I also took time to study English (and thanks to my knowledge of English, I was able to be part of a cultural exchange and travel to the United States), I attended casino salsa lessons (because I love to dance) and I did yoga several times a week.
Venir a Perú fue una decisión complicada pero muy importante para mi vida, considero que soy una persona diferente ahora, las experiencias nos hacen crecer y estoy agradecida por eso. Aquí encontré nuevas amistades, nuevos hobbys y nuevas pasiones. Ahora me dedico a estudiar nutrición y entrenamiento funcional, pues entendí que nuestro cuerpo es nuestro bien más sagrado, es nuestro templo y así como yo me cuido, espero pronto poder asesorar a otros para que aprendan a cuidar sus cuerpos tambien.
Coming to Peru was a complicated decision but very important for my life, I consider that I am a different person now, the experiences make us grow and I am grateful for that. Here I found new friends, new hobbies and new passions. Now I dedicate myself to studying nutrition and functional training, because I understood that our body is our most sacred asset, it is our temple and just as I take care of myself, I hope soon to be able to advise others so that they learn to take care of their bodies as well.
Además de eso, por ahora soy parte de una orquesta de salsa, siempre he sido amante del arte, de dibujar, bailar, actuar, pero en especial de la música, así que esta ha sido una oportunidad mágica para mí y la estoy disfrutando muchísimo!
Besides that, for now I am part of a salsa orchestra, I have always been a lover of art, drawing, dancing, acting, but especially music, so this has been a magical opportunity for me and I am enjoying it very much!
