I think chocolate is the weakness of most of us. When we eat it, our brain releases endorphins, which is called the hormone of happiness. Therefore, today I bring you this simple and delicious recipe to sweeten your afternoon.
Para 18 porciones, aproximadamente (dos moldes de 15x15cm cada uno):
Ingredientes:
200g de harina de trigo
100g de cacao
400g de azúcar
250g de mantequilla
2 huevos
1 cda de vainilla
1 pizca de sal
Opcionales:
Gotas de chocolate
Nueces picadas
For 18 portions, approximately (two molds of 15x15cm each):
Ingredients:
200g of wheat flour
100g cocoa
400g sugar
250g butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Optional:
Chocolate drops
Chopped nuts
Luego agregamos la mezcla en un recipiente mediano y añadimos los huevos y la vainilla y mezclamos con la batidora.
En otro recipiente mezclamos la harina con el azúcar, la sal y las nueces o gotas de chocolate.
Unimos ambas mezclas y removemos hasta tener una masa homogénea.

Then we add the mixture in a medium container and add the eggs and vanilla and mix with the mixer.

We join both mixtures and stir until we have a homogeneous mass.
We grease the molds with butter and add wheat flour; We place the mixture in the molds and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Retiramos los brownies del horno y esperamos a que enfríen. Podemos comerlos solos, con un caso de leche o acompañarlos con una bola de helado de mantecado. ¡Una verdadera delicia!
We remove the brownies from the oven and wait for them to cool. We can eat them alone, with a case of milk or accompany them with a scoop of ice cream. A true delight!
