Muchos consideran que la filosofía rompe con la fe y no es así, es hasta erróneo pensar de esa manera, porque la filosofía incluso es vital para el estudio se los sacerdotes.
Muchos pudieran quedar sorprendido con este dato, pero es así, los sacerdotes antes de conocer la teología, o las cosas de Dios, estudian de 3 a 4 años y unos la carrera con su licenciatura en filosofía primero.
Es tan importante el tema de la filosofía o la razón dentro de los creyentes, que el Papa Juan Pablo II y hoy santo de la Iglesia escribió "Fe y razón" y hace una analogía de las alas, pero eso es contarle lo que trata, por eso prefiero reservarme esa información y si estás interesado me lo haces saber en los comentarios y preparo un post o buscas por internet y te sumerges allí.
Por otro lado, se encuentra la Edad Media destacada precisamente por los hoy padres de la Iglesia y razón por lo que también se le conoce a esta época como la Edad de la Patrística. Estos desarrollan los dos términos y no los separan como sucede en la Edad Moderna donde predomina la razón.
Ahora bien, luego de conocer estos detalles quiero comentarle que en mis años de estudio he sufrido ataques de no creyentes, pero cada quien maneja e interpreta como quiere y es la riqueza de la filosofía y eso tiene una palabra que me encanta "Persuación"
Desde pequeño he crecido en el ambiente de Iglesia católica, después quise estudiar química pero por alguna razón caí en las garras de la filosofía y los primeros años fueron de mucho debate, profesores que lanzaban biblia, crucifijos y muchas otras cosas, y hoy pienso sobre aquello, y si uno estuviera inestable en lo que cree y sus convicciones seguramente fuera ateo como ellos y como hoy muchos suelen llamarse, pero ¿Existirá un ateo? Pensar en la existencia de un Dios o un Ser Supremo es darle ya existencia, por tanto, ¿Quién es ateo? Decir "Dios no existe" es darle existencia según el razonamiento lógico e ideas de San Anselmo de Caterbury.
Aquí estoy yo, joven de 25 años profundamente católico y coordinador de un grupo de jóvenes. Fiel de mis creencias y con mis convicciones y a punto de graduarme como licenciado en filosofía, porque razón y fe no van separadas, sino que el hombre en su insistencia de negar a Dios busca separar.
