This is the Maggi Chowmein Desi Style Recipe will not disappoint you when you do not have the regular noodles but maggi is available. No matter how much you love going to authentic Chinese restaurants and slurp their noodles, there is absolutely nothing that can beat the masaledar desi chowmein. It comes with the richness of indian spices mixed with exotic vegetables and extra vinegar & soya sauce. The taste of vinegar is what actually differentiates it from the typical chinese chowmin. Best part of this recipe is that I didn’t even use chowmin since it’s hard to get it during the current circumstances. I had Maggie to the rescue. So let’s watch how I turned Maggie noodles into desi chowmein!

yah maigee chaumeen desee stail resipee hai jab aap niyamit noodals nahin khaenge lekin maigee upalabdh nahin hai. koee phark nahin padata ki aap praamaanik cheenee restaraan mein jaana kitana pasand karate hain aur apane noodals ko thappad maarate hain, lekin aisa kuchh bhee nahin hai jo masaladaar desee chaumeen ko hara sake. yah videshee sabjiyon aur atirikt siraka aur soya sos ke saath mishrit bhaarateey masaalon kee samrddhi ke saath aata hai. siraka ka svaad vaastav mein ise vishisht cheenee chaumin se alag karata hai. is resipee ka sabase achchha hissa yah hai ki mainne chaumin ka upayog nahin kiya hai kyonki vartamaan paristhitiyon mein ise praapt karana kathin hai. mere paas bachaav ke lie maigee thee. to chalie dekhate hain ki kaise mainne maigee noodals ko desee chaumeen mein badal diya!

Yes @chetanpadliya, it was a weird recipe but came out decent enough!!!! Due to the lockdown I couldn't get regular chowmein noodles so I tried it with Maggi.
