It can increase the heart rate and flow of blood.when this happens, cholesterol and triglycerides are deliver in the blood stream.Tension can depress an diabetic condition and cause depression, anxiety,depression.
we must know that stress is a silent killer.Get rest from time to time and intentionally look away from things entreat for your attention.
