When the spring months come, everyone starts to rush to enter the summer with a more beautiful body and lighter. However, there is no need for this rush, if you create permanent changes in your life, you will not be in this rush all the time.

That's why your goal this spring is to make these habits permanent. Make small changes that will support you lose weight a part of your life and don't experience this stress every year.

1-Slow Your Eating Speed
If you eat the food on your plate fast, the 'I'm full' signal will go to your brain late and this will cause you to eat more. Leave the cutlery from your hand after each bite, you can join the conversation if you are with your friends.

2.Care about Liquid Calories
The real trap may be in the liquids you take during the weight loss process. You may be getting extra calories from a sugary and creamy coffee during the day without realizing it. Be mindful of what you drink as well as what you eat.

3-Recognize Emotional Hunger
Sometimes our emotions can be the culprit of our excess weight. Emotional hunger mixed with real hunger can be the cause of sweet crises and eating attacks. To see if you are really hungry, drink a cup of herbal tea, 1 glass of mineral water, or 1 glass of cinnamon water and wait for a while.

Do not delay your exercise with excuses such as "I am exhausted at work today!", "It is rainy", at least take care to walk for 30 minutes every day. Make moving a lifestyle. Exercise is very important not only for weight control but also for a healthy life.

5-Learn to Read Labels
If you only look at the expiration date on the labels and ignore the other parts, it's time to change. See all label information to make the right choices. Examine the nutritional label descriptions, calorie values, portion size, daily intake percentage, vitamins and minerals, other nutrients, and fat percentage, and you will see that product comparison guides your choices.

6-Do not Eat the Same Breakfast Every Day
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you have the same breakfast every day, you may get bored, try different options. For example, one day you eat cheese, bread, and greens, the next day you can make an omelet or try fruit, yogurt, and oats.

7-Get a Diet Buddy
If you have decided to start a diet, first question yourself and decide whether you are ready for the diet. If your answer is yes, consult an expert. If you want to do it yourself, try it with a friend because the biggest reason diets fail lack motivation. If you and your diet friend motivate each other, this process will be more fun and comfortable.
