Feelings are one of the basic physical senses of which the skin contains the chief end organ and of which the chief end organs and of sensation of touch and temperature are characterized. It is the sensation experienced through sense. Feelings implies any partly mental, partly physical responses marked by pleasure, pain, attraction or repulsion .
We have many feelings we feel. Happiness is one of the first feelings. Feelings include Anger, sadness, Anticipation, Fear, Loneliness, Jealousy, Disgust. Feelings can come in different ways in positive and also in Negative forms.
There are some times in which we can look and now see that our feelings want to be overwhelming us. Being in control of our feelings is one thing we should always try to do. We are to control our feelings not the other way round.
There are certain ways in which we can control our feelings and not allowing them to overwhelm us. There should be always focus in us, and distract ourselves from that in which makes us to feel in the wrong way and manner
One thing is also shunning negativity we should also avoid that and always embrace positivity which would be very amazing and nice in embracing and avoiding all negative feeling in us and embrace live in the very positive way. Challenge that negative thinking in you 🙏 and make a U-turn.
We should always challenge our perspective on emotions and not try get too emotional and get a conscious mental reaction on situations in the society.
