I hope you have started a beautiful day. I love weekends. Nice opportunity to rest. I don’t think of doing housework today. I’ll take some time for myself. I can’t read books for a long time. I want to finish my unfinished book. I couldn’t finish for two months. I would normally read at least one book a week. Things changed when I got married. 😊
I did not cook at home on weekdays. I miss my kitchen. I tried this recipe for the first time and I really liked it. So I wanted to share with you.
I really love corn. I also use it in salads and soups in meals.
Let’s go to the details for my recipes.
Ingredients for mexican corn;
•corn
•olive oil
•garlic
•salt
•black pepper
We divide the corn into several pieces. We add garlic, salt and pepper into the olive oil.
We apply this oily mixture on our corn. And bake in the oven at 170 degrees.
We add cheese, green onion and red pepper on our cooked corn.
We throw it back into the oven for the cheese to melt.
Our corn is ready.
These corn are delicious.
