NEWBIES INITIATIVE
Hello fellow Hivers, Welcome to a bright new day.
As of last week, I opened the application for newbies to join in the January batch of the Newbie initiative. You can check the post out here.
Moreover, this Newbie Initiative is now run in partnership with the aliento project to give support to these Newbies who are partaking in the Newbie Initiative. Below would be introducing our newbies for the month.
INICIATIVA PARA NOVATOS
Hola compañeros Hivers, Bienvenidos a un nuevo día brillante.
A partir de la semana pasada, abrí la aplicación para que los novatos se unan al lote de enero de la iniciativa Novato. Puede comprobar el post out aquí.
Además, esta Iniciativa para novatos se lleva a cabo ahora en colaboración con el proyecto aliento para dar apoyo a estos novatos que participan en la Iniciativa de Novatos. A continuación sería presentar a nuestros novatos para el mes.
MEET @zanoz
@zanoz is a author from Nigeria which recently came into Hive. She is the first to notice the initiative before the release of the January batch and agreed to follow all requirements to be a participant. She made her first post on 29th December which was her introductory post, you can check it here. She received a delegation of 50 HP when I saw her activeness in engaging with other Hive authors then another 50 HP delegation after making her participation post which makes a total of 100 HP.
From the picture above you will find that she has attained a total of 168 HP of her own in just about a week plus of coming into Hive which was possible because she had set her post rewards to 100% Hive Power which is a requirement into being a participant of this initiative. Ella es la primera en notar la iniciativa antes del lanzamiento del lote de enero y acordó seguir todos los requisitos para ser participante. Hizo su primer post el 29 de diciembre que fue su puesto introductorio, puede comprobarlo aquí. Recibió una delegación de 50 HP cuando vi su actividad en la participación con otros autores de Hive y luego con otra delegación de 50 HP después de hacer su puesto de participación, lo que hace un total de 100 HP.
De la imagen de arriba encontrará que ha alcanzado un total de 168 HP de su propia en casi una semana más de entrar en Hive que era posible porque había establecido sus recompensas post a 100% Hive Power, que es un requisito para ser un participante de esta iniciativa. MEET @kenechukwu97
@kenechukwu97 who is also from Nigeria joined Hive on the 1st January 2021. He is the next person who came in very much interested in partaking in this initiative. He isn't new to writing but in fact he went to study writing in school himself. To know him fully, you should click on LINK to visit his introductory post.
As part of the benefits and support this initiative is made to give out to newbies and for fulfilling necessary requirements, a Hive Power of 50 HP had been delegated to kenechukwu. Feel free to check his account and don't forget to follow him.

MEET @salvadore
@salvadore is law student from a University in Nigeria. He isn't much new here but at the same time you can call him a newbie because he fits well into my category of newbies i.e. Having less than a reputation of 60 and a Hive Power lesser than 500 HP. At the moment, he has a power of 0 HP and a reputation of 51 as you can see in the image below. Kindly click on LINK to visit his introductory post.
From the Image above, you can see that Salvador has received a delegation of 50 HP for making a participation post and agreeing to follow the requirements needed to be considered as a participant of the Newbie Initiative for the month of January.

No es muy nuevo aquí, pero al mismo tiempo puedes llamarlo novato porque encaja bien en mi categoría de novatos, es decir, tener menos de una reputación de 60 y un poder de colmena inferior a 500 HP. @marito74 real name is Max Rossy Martínez and is from Venezuela. She recently came into Hive and made her introductory post on January 2nd. She's a graduate in tourism and a retired teacher. She came up to me on discord to show her interest in being a part of this initiative and have been chosen for fulfilling all necessary requirements.
At the moment, marito is with a HP of 7 and received a delegation of 50 HP from me and 35 HP from @aliento. This delegations given is part of the benefits and support this initiative is giving out to participants of the Newbie Initiative.
@marito74 nombre real es Max Rossy Martínez y es de Venezuela. Recientemente llegó a Hive e hizo su puesto de introducción el 2 de enero. Es licenciada en turismo y profesora jubilada. Se me acercó a la discordia para mostrar su interés en ser parte de esta iniciativa y ha sido elegida para cumplir con todos los requisitos necesarios.
Por el momento, marito está con un HP de 7 y recibió una delegación de 50 HP de mí y 35 HP de @aliento. Esta delegación dada forma parte de los beneficios y apoya que esta iniciativa dé a los participantes de la Iniciativa de Novatos.
Benefits:
--Newbies would be set as 3% beneficiary of my post rewards, (this means they will earn 3% of everything that I earn) so they can earn some liquid hive in their wallet and grow faster.
--Newbies would receive 25% of my autovote i.e $0.06+ on two publications they make daily, if so far my voting power isn't below 85%.
--Newbies can ask anything they want to know about Hive or blogging related in our SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-chat under the "NEWBIES INITIATIVE" category.
--In completing these tasks, I will give 1 HBI units at the end of everyweek to each participating newbie. This is limited to those who successfully publish everyday in the week.
--Each Newbie will receive a Hive Power Delegation of 50 Hive during their time in the initiative.
--Most engaged newbie on posts of other newbies receives a prize of 2 Hive every week.
--Get to know new authors and initiatives.
Beneficios:
--Los novatos se establecerían como beneficiario del 3% de mis recompensas de publicación, (esto significa que ganarán el 3% de todo lo que gano) para que puedan ganar un poco de colmena líquida en su cartera y crecer más rápido.
--Los novatos recibirían el 25% de mi autovoto, es decir, $0.06+ en dos publicaciones que hacen diariamente, si hasta ahora mi poder de voto no está por debajo del 85%.
--Los novatos pueden preguntar cualquier cosa que quieran saber sobre Hive o blogging relacionados en nuestro SMILE DISCORD SERVER en #newbies-chat bajo la categoría "NEWBIES INITIATIVE".

Requirements:
--Set your rewards to 100% Hive Power in order to build the account and solve the issue with resource credits. I will explain how that can be done if you don´t know.
--Participating newbies are expected to publish everyday, at least one post a day. This is very possible to attain, that's why I would recommend joining The 30 Days Blogging Challenge hosted by The Blogging Challenge Community which would help to achieve the goal of daily blogging on Hive.
--Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-posts under the "NEWBIES INITIATIVE" category in which newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. I will be on the look out for healthy comments and supporting them either through upvotes or tips via @peakd tipping system.

--Configura tus recompensas al 100% de Hive para construir la cuenta y resolver el problema con créditos de recursos. Te explicaré cómo hacerlo si no lo sabes.
--Se espera que los novatos publiquen todos los días, al menos un artículo por día. Esto es muy posible de lograr, por eso te recomendaría unirte a The 30 Days Blogging Challenge auspiciado por The Blogging Challenge Community lo que ayudaría a lograr el objetivo de bloguear diariamente en Hive.
--Los posts hechos por los newbies se aconseja que sean compartidos en el SERVIDOR DE DISCORD SMILE en #newbies-posts bajo la categoría "NEWBIES INITIATIVE" en la que los novatos pueden participar comentando los mensajes. Estaré atento a comentarios y los apoyaré ya sea a través de upvotes o consejos a través del sistema de tips @peakd.
What is HBI?
It is an incentive fund that gives a lifetime vote to the basic income organization. The more HBI you have, the better the vote. You can't buy them for yourself, the only way to get them is to receive them from others or buy them for others. When you buy them, you get the same amount in return. It's like paying in advance.

¿Qué es HBI?
Es un fondo de incentivos que da un voto de por vida de la organización de ingresos básicos. Cuanto más HBI tengas, mejor será el voto. No se puede comprar para uno mismo, la única manera de obtenerlos es recibiéndolos de otros o comprándolos para otros. Cuando los compras, obtienes la misma cantidad a cambio. Algo así como pagarlo por adelantado.

Without being told, I've always known that any opportunity like this is something that should never be taken for granted especially when someone is starting life in a new platform. I joined the initiative within 24 hours of joining this platform and my only objective was to learn how things are done here.
I'm very happy that I've been able to learn a lot despite the fact that time have been a constraint for me. God's blessings will remain with you for organizing this initiative.
