¿Te has pescado hablando bien de una persona? O, ¿Hablando mal? Hace unos años atrás en una conversación con un conocido, le resaltaba muchas de sus cualidades, recuerdo bien que hice énfasis y destaqué que se expresaba bien, que era solidario y un muy bello ser humano, recuerdo que su respuesta inmediata fue, ¿Sabías que lo que me dices, habla más de ti que de mí? ¿Sabías que lo que me resaltas a mí, es lo que tú eres?
Have you ever caught yourself speaking well of a person? A few years ago in a conversation with a friend, I was telling him many of his virtues, I remember well that I highlighted that he spoke well, that he was supportive and a nice person, I remember that his immediate response was, Did you know that what you tell me, speaks more about you than about me? Did you know that what you highlight to me, is what you are?
Lo cierto es que en su momento no entendí su intención con el mensaje, pero al cabo de unos años entendí que así como percibes y ves el mundo, es de lo que hay en tu interior.

El interior no es sólo lo que piensas, es la sumatoria de aceptación, trabajo y tiempo invertido en mejorar, cultivar las cosas buenas, aceptar las malas, es un trabajo de autoconocimiento y autoexploración, y una vez que el trabajo inicia dentro, lo de afuera se acomoda de una manera especial, no vemos con prejuicios sino con tolerancia, ya no hacemos críticas sino que aceptas y no sólo eso, tu cambio genera cambio. Porque no se trata de cómo es lo que te rodea, sino de los ojos con que lo veas.

💕 Ver situaciones ajenas con rabia y resentimiento, habla de que hay muchas cosas que vemos dentro de nosotros mismos con esos juicios.

💕 If you criticize the walk of a person, it is because inside you there are things that you still do not accept and you stay in the criticism.
