Yesterday I googled the word "Perseverance" several times to admire the Martian dust fireworks. And this morning I remembered that in September I was walking through the Peter and Paul Fortress and took some pictures near the Museum of Space Exploration.
In front of the entrance to the museum there is a descent apparatus of a spaceship. It was in space in 1991 and now it's attracting a lot of attention. To the left are the busts of Valentin Glushko, Sergei Korolev and Yuri Gagarin.
The full name of the museum is the Museum of space exploration and rocket technology V.P. Glushko. The museum is located in the premises of St. John's Ravelin of Peter and Paul Fortress, the entrance door is behind the arch.
If you go a little further, you can get into a quiet courtyard with a few benches. It is always quiet and sparsely populated.
In this yard there is a bust of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, and on the wall there is a plaque with a quotation from his article "Exploring the Worlds with Reaction Instruments" (1911-1912):

While I was resting and thinking about space, the area near the descent vehicle of the spacecraft was cleared of visitors, and I took the opportunity to take some more pictures.
