I am much happy for joining the #hive. Hope am welcomed as today mark Valentine and my beginning with you guys and ladies.
Life they say is a journey, where one has to travel from one point to the other just in pursuit for what defines them and keeps them alive and today being February 14, 2022. I happened to be in the midst of great and like minds like myself in this platform. Indeed I would say, it is a privilege to be here and I won’t take it for granted.
Introducing oneself may seams easy to many but to me, I keep asking myself what is that interesting about me that I would want to let out for the world to know, perceive and accept me for me. Well don’t get it twisted, I would try to introduce myself the best way I can.
My name is Abimaje Thaddeus Adejoh, I was given birth to April 18th 1995, by the virtue of my birthday, I am 26 years and 10 months old.
I am a citizen of Kogi state, Omala local government in Nigeria. Lived in the Federal Capita Territory Abuja with my Parent,
But currently I am based in Makurdi Benue State where I am in pursuit for a greater purpose in my life.
I am the first Son out of six sons of Mr. /Mrs. Jacob Okpanachi Abimaje.
Being the first son has opened me to a life where I don’t only have to be responsible for myself but also I have to be responsible for my siblings and parent too.
I had my primary education at St. Theresa’s Nursery and primary school Bwari Abuja, where I graduated as the Prayer Prefect in my final year. 1998 – 2007.
Then I proceeded for my secondary education at St. Clement Minor Seminary Adankolo Lokoja Kogi State where I was the assistant Health prefect in my 4th year and I graduated as the Assistant Senior Prefect in my final year. 2007 - 2013.
I am a graduate from Kogi State university Anyigba, Graduated with a Bachelor Degree from the faculty of Social sciences Economics Department. 2014-2018. by implication, I am an Economist.
I served my country Nigeria for a year under the Nigeria Youth Service corp (NYSC) 2020/2021 at the Transmission Company of Nigeria Apir- Makurdi Benue State.
I believe every individual has different hobbies, and doing different things that gives them joy. I am not an exception from this school of thought. Banking on something that helps me relax and gives me comfort. Growing up as a child, I found out that I could sing and singing is one of those things I do that keeps me relax and happy
Also football is one sport I could never get tired of playing because I derive joy in engaging in the exercise. While many sees the kitchen as the place that is specially decorated or design to fit the feminine gender, I found that to be a fallacy because anyone irrespective of the gender can fit in and it would a fallacy if I say I don’t love cooking. I tried fashion designing towards the end of university days and it actually turn out to be that I love fashion. Helping people in need became an inner voice in me that I could not hide and it turns out that if I turn down a person in need, it demoralizes me the whole day. In fact, that propelled me in to joining the Society of the Nigeria Red Cross Makurdi Division
Reading became a hobby when I was in school, and over the years, the habit is something that helps me learn a lot, writing became a burning desire in me when I realize I could express myself better through it instead of talking or arguing, I put it in writing.
While many persons or people have aspirations and dreams of becoming layers, pilots, doctors, engineers etc. I have always wanted to be a business man, a sole proprietor of my own business venture. Many would say I love money but my reply to them often is that it takes who loves money to know one, Yes life is not all about money but we all need money to survive but as my faith will have it Love for money is the root of all evil and I won’t be foolish to mistake the place of God in my life for money.
I always thank God for the family and friends I have who always supported my dreams and aspirations. My parent will always encourage me to put my mind to what I want and desire in life and I will get it done.
My friends on the other hand will always advice and criticize me when need be to always be at my best. They’ve never imposed themselves on me to do what I don’t want to do and I am most grateful them.
Just as the saying goes, “no man is an island of knowledge” there is need for one to keep learning and studying every day of their lives. And there are some few things I still want to improve myself in which are, Singing, Writing, cooking and yes, I am a very horrible dancer so I want to learn more.
There are some characteristics that best describe me which are;

♦ Willingness to sacrifice
♦ Highly organized and efficient
♦ Ability to work hard independently and part of a team
♦ Good administrative knowledge and sense of leadership
♦ Ability to work under pressure with and without Supervision
♦ Good at finding solutions to difficult problems.
♦ Proficient knowledge in computer application packages.
♦ Initiative, organized, reserved and creative.
Obviously I am a foodie, I’m not the selective type when it comes the meal eat, and my favorite color is Blue
