If someone does a great deed, then of course people praise him. But there are many people who speak in a distorted way instead of praising. That's not right. He deserves to be praised.

We should really take care of the things that a person do deserve and appreciation is really a thing each person must be getting and to get that we must give it as well.

Obviously we should really be pointing out the postives of anyone whenever we get a chance as it not only is going to be encouraging but also will satisfy that person about the actions he has done were recognized
Making the person realize is really very necessary which is why we gotta be making sure of it gets passed onto the perfect spot

Without appreciations people won't really quite feel of doing the good things as they won't really be finding a pushing factor to do such activities which is what we should ensure that doesn't happen by appreciating the good
Yes that pushing factor role is very well played by appreciation as it does makes the other person feel quite a lot more satisfied for sure.
