¡Hello friends of HIVE!

Welcome to my blog, this time @qurator proposes a challenge for this great Top Chef l contest on Wednesdays which consists of a rices.

Rice with sausages is one of the best ways to take advantage of white rice. This recipe is simple and homemade, easy to make and with an exquisite taste.

---

It looks easy, doesn't it? Well, yes, it's one of those recipes that can be made by anyone regardless of their cooking experience

---

A perfect idea for lunches that both young and old like.

Rice with sausages, shrimp and vegetables.

---

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 3 cups of rice
• 3 small sausages, cut up
• 2 chopped chives
• 3 crushed garlic
• 1 green paprika, chopped
• 1 stalk of garlic pot cut into thin slices
• 1 red pepper in julienne
• 1 zucchini cut into squares
• 1 grated carrot
• 10 shrimps
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 3 ½ cups of water

Preparation:

• Heat the oil in a pot and add the sausages. Fry briefly.

• Add the shrimps, chives, garlic, garlic, paprika until the flavours are integrated

---

• Add the rice and stir

---

---

• Add the carrot and then the zucchini. Mix and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

• Add the water, salt, pepper, turmeric and bring to a boil.

---

• When the rice is drying, add the red pepper in julienne and cover

---

• Cook it for 10 more minutes over low heat, without touching it. Serve hot.

---

Ready to be tasted, it tastes amazing.
