Making Eggplant Mashed for breakfast

Hello, Everyone I wish you all the best.

Today I will share with you a simple recipe.

Ingredients :

1.Eggplant

2.0nion

3.dried pepper

4.coriander leaves (optional)

procedure:

First I will take the Eggplant. Then I washed them.

I will bake the eggplants in the oven.

Then I will throw away the Eggplants top shell.

I will take take onion,salt,dried pepper and coriander leaves.

I mixed them well and make eggplant mashed.

Its made too easy.Its so well to eat with hot rice.

I hope everyone like this work and everyone will try.
