¡Hola feliz viernes amigos!
¡Hey, happy Friday, folks!
Today we are going to prepare this delicious and fun recipe to share at home as a snack, enjoy a movie or as part of a candy table.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of popcorn
- 1 tablespoon of oil.
- 1/2 cup of sugar.
- 1 cup of water.
- Vegetable dyes.
Preparation:
In a pot, add the sugar with the water and let it reduce until you get a syrup.
While the liquid caramel is made we will make the popcorn; place a pan on medium heat and add the oil, wait a few seconds and add the corn, lower the heat a little, cover and wait for the popcorn to be made. Reserve in the same frying pan. Check the syrup and add a few drops of dye.
Ready the syrup, we put the pan with the popcorn again at medium heat and add to these the liquid caramel very carefully, we move with a wooden palette to integrate the mixture. Stir the preparation for about 3 to 4 minutes. The longer you leave it on, the harder and darker the candy gets.
