Hace una semana mi hija cumplió sus 6 añitos y para ella esto implica que se para el mundo, como a todo niño le hace ilusión su cumpleaños, estamos acostumbradas a celebrarlo con familia y sus amigos, siempre digo que haré algo sencillo y termino gastando mucho dinero
A week ago my daughter turned 6 years old and for her this means that the world stops, as every child is excited about her birthday, we are used to celebrate it with family and friends, I always say I will do something simple and end up spending a lot of money.
Esta vez fue diferencia porque tenia el compromiso de llevarla al odontologo y eso si ha sido un gasto bastante fuerte, por lo que este año converse con ella, porque ella si quería su fiesta pero en terminos económicos para mi era imposible, entonces decidí llevarla a McDonald's con su mejor amiga y su prima, de hecho con su mejor amiga paso todo el día, las lleve a comer y a jugar toda la tarde, luego de eso íbamos a la casa donde ya estaba lista una pequeña decoración, mi madre le regalo la torta y el papá trajo algunos dulces para compartir
This time it was different because I had the commitment to take her to the dentist and that has been quite a heavy expense, so this year I talked to her, because she wanted her party but in economic terms for me it was impossible, then I decided to take her to McDonald's with her best friend and her cousin, in fact with her best friend spent the whole day, I took them to eat and play all afternoon, after that we went to the house where a small decoration was ready, my mother gave her the cake and dad brought some sweets to share.
En la noche llame a algunos vecinos para que también vinieran a comer torta y a jugar un rato, al final del día se logró! Cuando todos se fueron sophia me dijo que había sido un gran día para ella y que le había gustado su cumpleaños, eso me llenó muchísimo mi corazón, pues aunque no es lo que quería, ni esta acostumbrada supo disfrutar y no hacer un capricho de esa situación, pude lograr pagar el odontologo y hacer que se sintiera muy bien en su día especial
In the evening I called some neighbors so that they would also come to eat cake and play for a while, at the end of the day they did!
