Cada día amo más esta practica que el universo me regalo. Fíjense que hoy estaba vibrando bajito, tenia pensamientos negativos, y decidí dejar de pensar un poco y me fui a entrenar y a meditar un poco, aun no logro vaciar mi mente facilmente pero poco a poco , mientras estemos en la búsqueda, las cosas llegaran. Luego de entrenar me sentí mejor, tenia pensamientos positivos.. y pensé que a alguien mas le podría servir y pues me grabe . Uno puede ser el medio para ayudar a otras personas, solo si esa persona quiere sanar. y esta en la busqueda de mejorar cada dia.
Every day I love this practice more than the universe gave me. Notice that today I was vibrating low, I had negative thoughts, and I decided to stop thinking a little and I went to train and meditate a little, I still can't empty my mind easily but little by little, while we are in search, things will come. After training I felt better, I had positive thoughts ... and I thought that someone else could use it and then I recorded myself. Que bonito que puedas compartir estos pensamientos con la comunidad. Una vez, recuerdo que me puse a meditar en un cuarto lleno de muchas personas, aproximadamente eran 80, cerré mis ojos y decidí buscar un lugar en mi mente tranquilo y obtuve paz, ya que en el lugar donde estaba era muy ruidoso y hallé la tranquilidad en la meditación.
wao! eso es admirable, yo aun no logro eso, pero lo estoy buscando a traves de la meditacion. Que genial que lo logras =) saludos.
