Moisturizing body cream
Today I am going to give you a step-by-step recipe to make a moisturizing body cream with glycerin and coconut oil.
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of cream base.
- 40-50 ml of distilled water.
- 10 ml of glycerin.
- 10 ml of coconut oil.
- Coconut essence.
- Colorant
Utensils:
- Wide-mouth plastic container.
- Plastic or wooden spoon.
- Container to store the cream.
We start by placing the 4 tablespoons of base cream in the wide-mouthed container, then we add the distilled water little by little, while mixing vigorously with the spoon, we add the 40 or 50 ml as desired, a thick cream or a more fluid one.
Once all the distilled water has been added, we proceed to add the oils, also in small portions and mixing until well incorporated.
We proceed to place a few drops to taste of essence, in this case I used coconut, we can also put a little coloring, the amount depending on the intensity of color you want your cream to have, I just put a little yellow.
Generally the colors depend on the fragrance or the ingredients, if we want for example a cream with a strawberry fragrance, it is common for it to be pink or light red.
Then we proceed to pack very carefully, trying not to spill it and voila! We have our own moisturizer.
Crema corporal hidratante
Hoy les voy a dar una receta paso a paso para hacer una crema corporal hidratante con glicerina y aceite de coco.
Ingredientes:
- 4 cucharadas de base de crema.
- 40-50 ml de agua destilada.
- 10 ml de glicerina.
- 10 ml de aceite de coco.
- Esencia de coco.
- Colorante
Utensilios:
- Envase de plástico de boca ancha.
- Cuchara de plástico o madera.
- Recipiente para almacenar la crema.
Comenzamos colocando las 4 cucharadas de crema base en el recipiente de boca ancha, luego agregamos el agua destilada poco a poco, mientras mezclamos vigorosamente con la cuchara, agregamos los 40 o 50 ml como se desee, una crema espesa o una más fluida.
Una vez añadida toda el agua destilada, procedemos a agregar los aceites, también en pequeñas porciones y mezclando hasta incorporar bien.
Procedemos a colocar unas gotas al gusto de esencia, en este caso utilicé coco, también podemos poner un poco de colorante, la cantidad depende de la intensidad de color que quieras que tenga tu crema, yo solo puse un poco de amarillo.
Generalmente los colores dependen de la fragancia o de los ingredientes, si queremos, por ejemplo, una crema con fragancia de fresa, suele ser rosa o rojo claro.
Luego procedemos a envasar con mucho cuidado, tratando de no derramarla y ¡listo! Tenemos nuestra propia crema hidratante.
