Existen una gran cantidad de hierbas que por su naturaleza poseen capacidades energéticas que ya del solo hecho de venir de la madre tierra nos nutren y se pueden usar para medir, limpiar o renovar las vibraciones.

Siempre que recomiendo alguna lo hago basada en mis propias experiencias y porque las uso en mi vida cotidiana ya que creo que primero uno mismo debe comprobar y así dar el ejemplo a los demás.

Con las hierbas y flores (por ejemplo) en nuestro hogar podemos tener una especie de "medidor de energía" ya que a veces hay negatividades que a simple vista no podemos percibir y no todas las personas tienen la misma capacidad para hacerlo. Tengo un amplio jardín donde conservo algunas hierbas que considero mis "tesoros" porque al simple alcance de mi mano ofrecen su apoyo , siempre les hablo, las consiento y les cuento como deseo que sea nuestra relación, cuando las siembro les doy la bienvenida; cuando las riego les digo que lo hago para que crezcan, se nutran y cuando las necesite ellas puedan obsequiarme un pedacito para auxiliarme si así lo requiero. Quizás habrán muchos que me llamen "loca" pero es la manera más amorosa que he conseguido para que al tomar un trozo de ellas no sientan que las estoy lastimando.

A veces sentimos que situaciones a nuestro alrededor no van bien por ejemplo, después de que personas visitan nuestra casa las comenzamos a sentir diferentes, percibimos rincones oscuros o al pasar por cierto lugar nos produce una sensación de pesadez o se nos pone la piel de gallina, estos son alguno de los signos (pudiera nombrar más) que nos avisan que nuestra casa está cargada negativamente. En nuestro cuerpo también percibimos cuando hay este tipo de desequilibrio, sentimos que aunque dormimos toda una noche nos levantamos agotados y que no descansamos.
Sometimes we feel that situations around us are not going well, for example, after people visit our house we begin to feel different, we perceive dark corners or when passing through a certain place it produces a feeling of heaviness or it gives us goosebumps. These are some of the signs (could I name more) that warn us that our house is negatively charged. In our body we also perceive when there is this type of imbalance, we feel that although we sleep a whole night we wake up exhausted and that we do not rest.

- Uso: cuando hay situaciones pesadas y sentimos que nada nos sale bien, o hay trancas en los proyectos, etc, desmenuzamos estas hierbas en un balde con agua (las podemos combinar de tres o una a la vez) y les damos un baño de sol (más abajo explicaré qué es el baño de sol), hablamos con ellas y le pedimos que nos obsequien su potencial liberador para que ayuden en la situación específica, las dejo ahí por el espacio de tiempo determinado y procedemos a bañarnos de pie a cabeza y lo retiramos con agua limpia. Cabe destacar que se puede utilizar para este baño un jabón de coco o simplemente un jabón que sea de color blanco que para mí representa limpieza y pureza.

gracias me alegro que te haya gustado, yo preferiria que sea de tu jardin, pero es dificil a veces tenerla en casa dado que a veces es tomada como monte comun.... cuando yo no tengo y toca a veces buscarla en la calle me dejo llevar por mi intuicion y trato de buscar un sitio para tomarla que no este tan contaminado fisica y espiritualmente...de pronto un parque, sabes... algo ligero energeticamente.
