Today Sunday caused me to eat a different dessert, something very sweet and tasty, with two types of milk, condensed milk and whole milk. A mouth-watering sweetness of taste. I made a "Vanilla Meringon", to share with the family. I hope you like it!.
INGREDIENTES:🥚🥛
- 5 huevos, canela para espolvorear, 1/2 taza de harina de trigo leudante, 1/2 taza de azúcar, 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla, 2 tazas de agua, 2 cucharadas de leche en polvo, 1/2 taza de leche condensada.
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 eggs, cinnamon for sprinkling, 1/2 cup of self-rising wheat flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, 2 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, 1/2 cup of milk condensed.
PREPARACIÓN:🍜
- NOTA: Reservamos dos huevos para el decorado del bizcocho.
1.- Separamos los huevos.

- NOTE: We reserve two eggs for the decoration of the cake.
1.- We separate the eggs.
2.- Añadimos la cucharada de vainilla a las yemas.
2.- Add the tablespoon of vanilla to the yolks.
3.- Batimos muy bien hasta formar una crema.
3.- We beat very well until forming a cream.
4.- Batimos las claras hasta hacer punto de nieve.
4.- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
5.- Agregamos azúcar lentamente a las claras a punto de nieve.
5.- We add sugar slowly to the whites until stiff.
6.- Unimos las dos mezclas.
6.- We join the two mixtures.
7.- Vamos añadiendo el resto de la harina mezclando con movimientos envolventes.
7.- We are adding the rest of the flour, mixing with enveloping movements.
8.- Vertemos en un molde engrasado y horneamos hasta que dore el bizcocho.
8.- Pour into a greased mold and bake until the cake is golden.
9.- Luego pinchamos el bizcocho para ver si está listo.
9.- Then we click the cake to see if it is ready.
10.- Hidratamos el bizcocho con la leche que preparamos con 1/2 taza de agua y 2 cucharadas de leche en polvo.

11.- Cubrimos con la leche condensada y expandimos completamente.

12.- Cubrimos con el merengue que realizamos con las dos claras de huevo.

13.- Decoramos con la manga pastelera.
