Tengo el gusto de venir de una familia muy grande. Nada más por parte de mi papá, eran once hermanos. Si sumamos los hijos de cada uno, el número es grande. Pero lo mejor es que siempre hubo mucha unidad y los encuentros familiares se dieron por mucho tiempo.
Aunque yo tengo primos en cantidad, siempre existen algunos con los que se da un mayor acercamiento. En mi caso, el primo más cercano siempre fue Fidel, y es precisamente con quien salgo en las fotos. De hecho nuestra cercanía se consolidó luego de mi regreso de Europa, pues yo llegué a vivir en su casa, mientras mi familia conseguía apartamento. Pero aún después que lo consiguieron viví allí por bastante tiempo y luego hubo una temporada en que mi papá alquiló el apartamento debajo de donde vivía mi primo, es decir la casa de mi tía, la hermana de mi papá.
Ese afecto se mantiene vigente, afortunadamente y aunque no nos vemos tan seguido, siempre mantenemos contacto y nos reunimos con cierta regularidad.
En la primera fotos teníamos cerca de seis años de edad y la segunda es de una fiesta de carnaval en 2016. Es decir estos son dos #tbt en uno...
I have the pleasure of coming from a very large family. Just from my dad's side, there were eleven brothers. If we add up the children of each one, the number is big. But the best thing is that there was always a lot of unity and family meetings took place for a long time.
Even though I have many cousins, there are always some with whom we get closer. In my case, the closest cousin was always Fidel, and that's precisely who I'm in the picture with. In fact, our closeness was consolidated after my return from Europe, since I came to live in his house, while my family got an apartment. But even after they got it I lived there for quite a while and then there was a time when my dad rented the apartment underneath where my cousin lived, that is to say my aunt's, my dad's sister's house.
That affection is still there, fortunately, and although we don't see each other that often, we always keep in touch and meet regularly.
