Friends are important part of our lives as well as much as our family is.
We may not have had the choice to make when we were birthed and given different family including our tribe, culture or nationality but then establishing a bond of friendship is something we do on our own free will. Its a choice we make and we will always live to face those decisions and choices.
Inasmuch as friends also play a role in our lives, we should be careful those we choose as friends.

I fully agree, although we have not been able to choose our family if we can choose our friends but we must know how to choose them because sometimes they can hurt us
