Administrative Management for the achievement of the objectives of agricultural enterprises.

For many decades, administrative management has been closely linked to the consolidation of the fundamental objectives imposed in the strategic plans of an organization, since the task of administration includes several factors that help the organization to focus on the achievement of its objectives, and that is why it seeks effectiveness, efficiency and productivity within itself. For this, it is necessary to take the administrative subsystems as entities that help the implementation of these objectives to be the most convenient. (Chiavenato, 2007).

Thus, administrative management is understood as a set of activities undertaken to coordinate the efforts of a group, i.e., the strategic way to achieve the objectives, through the performance of certain tasks performed by people such as planning, organization, management and control, considered the most important actions in an organization. In this regard, Hurtado (2008) explains the following: Administration within formal and informal organizations, public or private, is the most important tool that directly impacts the functional areas of the organization: the production area, the accounting, financial, commercial, marketing, sales, human resources and the efficient and effective management of resources through the administrative process of planning, organization, direction and control.

From this approach, administrative management intervenes directly in the whole process related to management perspective, organizational communication, accounting, financial and tax information, hence, its impact of application in organizations, since it covers the formative designs of productivity, competitiveness, and achievement of organizational objectives, which have a direct impact on the quality of the administration formulated. In this sense, administrative management is universal and is practiced in all functional areas of companies, i.e., accounting, finance, production, sales, security, among others. Indeed, it is a rigorous systematic process that determines the model, the strategies applied to consolidate the goals and objectives of the company.

Based on the above arguments, agricultural companies, entities or decision-making units in Latin American countries, such as Venezuela, face great challenges and demands to sustain administrative operations, because the administrative management process is globalized, i.e., it requires a modern, competitive administration, so that adequate productivity and profitability of the business can be obtained, in accordance with the achievement of its objectives.
