A couple of pics here from my excursion out to the Paints Pots, located inside Kootenay Park, Alberta. Sometimes the best part of the hike is the road trip to get there. The weather was perfect that day, and it was going to be a day going at my pace, not slower, not faster. You see I was on my own, and the rest of the group was off doing something else that day. My day, my choice, my pace. Love it!

@daveks His excursion to Paints Pots, in Kootenay Park, Alberta, must have been excellent, I imagine, as he indicates and takes pictures of such exotic places, he also enjoys it a lot and that is very important. Successes

Going at your own pace is a beautiful thing. Looks like a peaceful and majestic place to walk and commune with nature.
Sometimes you gotta just go solo.
Independence day, lovely photographs.
Thanks
I love people, but, there are some days that I like my own pace. Being able to stop an take pictures at will, even thirty of them if I want. :)
I hope it was a great day, everything about it looks promising.
That’s for sure. A little “me” time in the Rockies is pretty epic!
