Hello Hivers ๐Ÿ’• ๐Ÿ’ž,

I will be discussing the physically Seen differences between this two vegetables and its seeds also how to plant it for the novice. Generally speaking, green vegetables are almost in the same rank in planting method and techniques. But in my opinion the African Spinach vegetables propagation method is much more thesame, by seeds. When you want to plant African Spinach vegetables you need to prepare yourself ahead for some special task ahead such as regular weeding, if necessary watering routines. The vegetable has its own unique seed formation and format which are somehow different.

Now, we have two different types of African Spinach vegetables seeds for the current farmers who are willing to plant and go for it. The old type of African Spinach and the new Variety are the two main types we have now. The old variety is the one with the black seeds while the newest version is the white seeds. Both of them are very good and healthy for planting but I will recommend the old type of you ask me, the old type has more power to survive more then the newest version with my farming experience.

The two African Spinach vegetables the red and green are consumable because they are all from the same category. But the only difference is from the leaves, the stem, the flower, the seeds. Down below I showed some pictorial evidence and true original-content here.

The seeds formation is not too different from the other but the colour made the difference so clear and also the seeds colour. The green African Spinach vegetable posseses more of thick portion of the stem, root and also sometimes the leaves.

In kitchen episode, When cooking I prefer the green African Spinach in soup because it shows no colour when stayed inside the soup.whike the other red shows more red slightly in soup.

The seeds comes in reddish brown form which grows more rapidly when touch the soil surface. And it also grow to maturation very early. Instead of it to stay 6months before any form of flowers, it will start flowering at the age of 3-4 months old which is a very bad market for farmers.

The seed too has a longer stay period than the Green African Spinach vegetables. Some people prefer the red African Spinach vegetables because it sometimes easily seen in some areas, states or town
