I thought about it, indeed, there are people who cannot change even under the threat of death. I am one of them too. Even worsening health problems don't make me give up some bad habits..
I know that the way of group therapy you talk about is quite effective, but somehow I do not believe that my confession in front of a group of people can change anything ..
