If you make an alt account you can let it do the autovoting with a small vote and follow it with your main account later.
This has been the only way I've found to keep up with everybody I follow.

Hmmm. You know. This is actually not a bad idea, and besides I do have a smaller account. Or one thatt I dont really use...
