I got help from other nice users on platform. They lent me the HIVE Power.

You can convert your hive to HP and get more resource credit or you buy from the trade market.
Power up Hive
The best way to get past this issue of resource credit for starters is the rent delegation from blocktrades. It's quite affordable when compared to buying enough hive if you don't have the wherewithal.
How do i get delegation from blocktrade, how ?
Login to blocktrades.us. it's quite straight. You will some liquid hive. And delegation is for ninety days
Power up Hive as much as you can!
Also, some people on the community are very nice and will delegate some HP to you to help you get started
