Week number two is done and dusted and it looks like the atmosphere for this contest has really settled in the minds of some.
We've had some fresh takes on the word this week and the decision for the winners has been pretty tough. The people who have snapped up the top spots are as follows...

Special mention:
I've delegated 250 POB to these members till the end of June 2021 for continued engagement in the contest and on POB in general.
We have a new word each week which members of the community can share their thoughts about in the form of a post.
Any form of content is encouraged whether that be short or long-form writing, poetic, artistic, music or voice, or any other method you can come up with.
The guidelines for entry to the contest are as follows;
- The post must be made on the proofofbrain.io front-end
- The post must have the pob-wotw tag added to it
- Interaction with other entries is a requirement to win
- Entries must be posted before 12:00 UTC on 02/05/21
- Posts must clearly demonstrate what the weekly word is
The word for this week is Persistence
The prizes are the following and will be given in liquid form;
2nd place - 100 POB
3rd place - 50 POB
Prizes may vary over time dependant on support and curation rewards. Entries and comments in pob-wotw will receive upvotes based on authenticity and sincerity.

HiveBloPoMo means Hive Blog Post Month (or something like that) and is a challenge set up by @traciyork to encourage people to post every day for the month of April. I think there are two per year and the next one is in November but you put the tag #hiveblopomo in each of your post.
It's more to generate content and activity on the network but it's also a good way to grow your account and meet other bloggers (if you can find the time to do all of that on top of 3D life haha)!
It looks like we'll have even more entries this week so the competition is bound to get fierce, in a good way, lol. Like friendly socialising fierce.

That last week rushed by pretty quick that's for sure. I'm actually considering giving the following week's word in advance because some people don't always have the time to do a post a week alongside other responsibilities. I'll probably start that next week and see how it goes.

I'm sorry I missed the beginning of POB, I'm thinking of a few words that could be used in the future, starting from my situation ... misunderstanding, inattention and forgetfulness.
Not to worry, even if you miss this week there will be a word for next week also. I'm actually giving the following week's word in advance for the first time as well, going to see how it helps.

An honor to share the podium with @pialejoana and @nickyhavey and I will extend my thanks to @calumam and reiterate the commitment to the community thanks for the delegation, it is an incredible boost and that is exactly what I was talking about in an article. which I recently uploaded as #AskPOB Yesterday, also reading a bit, I found several articles that talked about the Friday commitment and I anticipate that I will do it 50% pob-fund. I believe that a joint effort, consistent and determined by perseverance, will only result in SUCCESS.

This one of the initiatives I really like, running some contests on Hive as well. Keeps people active and attracted, hope to find time to attend this week.

I am trying but not sure i have the time and inspiration throughout my job - will let you know or you might see it anyway then.
My plan starting next Sunday is to give the following weeks word in advance also, that way if people don't find any inspiration for the present weeks word, they can maybe start thinking about and working on the next one.
It seems like a fair way to give an advantage to people who may not have enough time to post as often.

I would like to suggest the word Vision and more now when great challenges can arise in the community and having a clear vision of where we are and where we want to go can help those who are more who will join!

Haha. Sorry for leaving you hanging. I just couldn't think of anything interesting. I want to keep writing for a long time and knowing myself, it's very important to never force myself to do a topic. I'm not good enough to make it interesting, when I don't even care myself.
The only idea I had, was to complain about the infighting in this tribe and the way it disturbs the atmosphere, but that's wouldn't be helpful. It seems more practical to drown it out with other more interesting and positive topics.
I know that notion. I'm even like that with comments.
Glad you didn't, I made a post about it in a different spin and although it's freed up space in my mind, I didn't get any resolution and it risked my own image. So not sure if it was worth it yet. Definitely better focusing on the positive if you're able to.
