Amazing what a night's sleep can do. I've started to briefly read replies the night before and then I reply to them in the morning and I often notice that my thoughts have changed even if just slightly after rest.

Indeed... 'Sleep Is Your Superpower' is a TEDTalk that i've been planning on watching for a while now. I remember skimming the book many years ago but I can't remember much of it now.

Just checked back on the post and saw that I missed your reply. I checked out the video and I learned something! It was news to me that your body needs to cool down a few degrees so you can drift off to sleep, I'll definitely be keeping my window open from now on to keep my bedroom cooler.
No worries, man. Another traditional one that we practice here is to wash our feet and dry them before sleeping. The traditional story had something about avoiding ghosts and nightmares but it was really about better sleep lol.
The warning of ghosts and nightmares sounds like a good way to get the kids to wash their feet, lol.
