Hello and welcome to my page. I'm @daniky and this is my 54th entry to the #pobdaily challenge, an initiative of @marvinix and @dwayne16. Kindly move on with me as i share briefly how my day went and the brief lesson i learnt. Shout-out from Daniel, one of my music students.

I began my day with my usual morning routine, hasten up and go to work. The weather seems as if it wanted to rain but later became normal. The rain drizzled slightly with normal cold weather. Many were in haste to never let the rain meet up with them at the certain spot they found theirselve.

I later left for my music tutorial class. My student was very eager to learn new things which he did. I took him through the principles of finger placement and we did more of fingering exercise utilizing the chromatic scale both in the ascending and descending order. This was meant to boost his speed and accuracy while playing. The rehearsal was awesome as he could quickly get what i wanted him to learn. The goal is for him to be able to play on the keys without having to transpose.
I took him through some rudiments he needs to know on music and we all know, it's a gradual process. Beloww and above are pictures of my class with Daniel;

I'm using this medium to appreciate @marvinix and @dwayne16 for this wonderful initiative and also wish to invite interested #hiveans to be part of this daily challenge.

Thank you for your time, love and support. Do have a wonderful moment.

I wish to learn how to play the keyboard too. It's a nice instrument but with the whole finger placement and dexterity I see people do nowadays makes me just sit and stare

you can, provided you have the passion to learn the piano. The passion is what drives you to continue rehearsing even when you feel exhausted. Yes, keyboard requires dexterity and it's all about the rightful finger placement on the keys and fingering exercise which is capable of improving your speed and accuracy. Nice to have your comment @wongi

My pleasure.
Thanks for the advice

I've tried once to learn keyboard after my secondary school.
It was somehow tough then because the guy that was teaching me then focused mainly on theory aspect and it was bored to me, which made me loss interest and concluded that it hard. Maybe I will give second chance to learn

The guy shouldn't have based all his teachings on theory. The major aspect is the practical exercise supported by your theoretical knowledge. It's not tough provided you put your mind to it. I'll rather suggest you find another music tutor to guide you through. There's always a second chance and you can definitely acheive what you'd wanted provided you have the passion to continue and never stop trying. Nice to have your comment @psalm111

I love music and wish I can learn how to play any musical instrument especially bass guitar 🎸, you are doing a good work, when the boy grows he will definitely be grateful to you for teaching him the piano

Thank you @nasri11. You can definitely learn but you first need to know which of the musical instruments is your most point of interest because that's where your passion lies. Then go from there and explore all you need to know before diverting your interest in other instruments. It's nice to have your comment here @nasri11
