Anyone who knows me - knows that I love win/win/win/win scenarios!
When you think about it - "win/win" is often used as the pinnacle of great arrangements
And it's great! Right?
If I win, and you win - WE love that! WE work hard to make sure that YOU AND I will be benefitting.
Feels good!!
But...
Think about how many people have been abused by "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" mentality. One leader working with one lobby -and the heck with everyone else who's suffering. LOL
I think we can all think about companies, governments, and more - that consider their people AFTER they consider themselves.
At DreemPort, our motto is win/win/win/win (has to be AT LEAST 4 wins to be Dreem-approved lol)
You win, we win, communities win, Platforms win.
Until the end of 2021 - we have SEVERAL things that we're surprising people with.
Surprises are surprises - so we won't let ALL our secrets out, but if you're paying attention, you'll see us spreading some Christmas love!
Our staff has worked behind the scenes for 9 months now. Making sure that your posts are screened, ranked, filtered, supported - and they've done it pretty faithfully and quietly!!
For the end of the year, we thought they could come out of the shadows and get some love from you!
They're going to be cheering you on this week PUBLICLY! When you feel their love, start taking notice of them! Starting next Monday, let us know who earned your support!

At the end of the week, we're going to tally the cheers, and surprise our staff with some gifts!

Hehe... You know what, after spending so much time with @shadowspub, it's safe to save that we are getting used to pulling strings and connecting dots from the shadows ☺.

I think of it more as planting seeds rather than pulling strings. When we help to connect dots the seeds get planted and what is connected can choose to grow or not.

Finally we are coming out of our shadows, good to have worked behind the clouds. The writers have been amazing, and this is fun exercise I must say. hehehehe yes - be sure that you let everyone know that if they are cheering for you - to make sure they ADD YOUR NAME TO THE BOTTOM OF THEIR POST and say something like
I'm cheering for Adoore-eu on DreemPort staff!
but they MUST drop their post into DreemPort for it to count :)
