You are right
We can talk on and on about how we will never repeat a certain action because of the terrible experience we had in the past
but at first instinct or impulse, we find ourselves re-doing it
We sell ourselves short at this point, and we need to learn to do more than we talk
And that is because actions speaks louder than words.

I will always speak truths that people don't like to hear. And I fit in with them too.
On the internet everyone wants to be cool, nice and smart, but barely takes care of their own problems.
