Hoy toco un cierre en conjunto con una colega muy querida Noli como le llamo con mucho cariño. Ya hacia varios meses estuvimos trabajando en el seguimiento de estos clientes quienes vinieron desde el Brasil buscando nuevas oportunidades.
Today I play a closing together with a very dear colleague Noli, as I affectionately call her. For several months now we have been working on following up on these clients who came from Brazil looking for new opportunities.
Es tan notable poder ser parte de la realización del sueño de familias, tanto del lado del propietario quien invirtió en un inmueble como una diversificación de capital, como tambien del lado del inquilino quien buscaba un lugar lindo para vivir e iniciar una nueva vida.
It is so remarkable to be able to be part of the realization of families dreams, both on the side of the owner who invested in a property as a diversification of capital, and also on the side of the tenant who was looking for a nice place to live and start a new life.
En el transcurso de 1 año de seguimiento, desde el sueño de mudarse hasta la concreción surgieron muchos obstáculos, en momentos ya sin esperanzas de que esta operación se realice. Pero hemos sorteado todos los problemas y finalmente encontramos soluciones, fluyendo así la transacción.
Over the course of 1 year of follow-up, from the dream of moving to the realization, many obstacles arose, at times with no hope that this operation would be carried out. But we have overcome all the problems and finally found solutions, thus making the transaction flow.
Trabajar en bienes raíces y poder contarles esta experiencia en este espacio me llena de satisfacción.
