Just a quick hello today. Iโm still not back to my usual self after my holiday in Poland. I still need plenty of rest.
Whatโs worse - I think #Consuela is gone for good. She came like a breeze, in love with life for maybe 3 months and now sheโs gone again. I miss her already. Hope one day sheโll be back.
On the bright side - she was here through the darkest months of the year, with the most numerous amount of shortest days. (If you can even say it like this ๐). That has to account for something!
While in Poland, I was writing, publishing and interacting daily. I had plenty of time to do it and even posted on both accounts some days.
Back home, of course I struggle to stick to it. At first, I thought that maybe if I just stick to it for a few more days, so I can get a weekly author badge. I managed that.
Next, I thought that maybe if I just stick to it for 21 more days, I can also get a monthly author badge. After all, February only has 28 days.
Needless to add that there will be no monthly author badge. I am by no means not a busy #bee ๐ Consuela wasโฆ but even she had her limits. Producing quality content every day, while working full time just doesnโt agree with us.
I also got a little moody and slapped myself for wanting to collect all those badges. What am I? A war hero? More like a sofa dwelling hero, especially the past couple weeks. What do I need all those badges for? ๐
Anywayโฆ you probably get the gist of why Iโm not writing much. In this mood nothing good comes out from under those fingers.
Hence why just a short one today, to let you know Iโm #alive and to join @friendlymoose in #pobphotocontest . I hope to see numerous entries by Sunday ๐

Don't beat yourself up for not being able to post every day, it's not easy, but I think it's better to try and post when possible instead of burning yourself out altogether.

Ehh, not beating myself up much. One of those months, when I have nothing else but writing to do, I might achieve a monthly author badge, but with full time work it is really hard. I think even without full time work I'd feel like the quality is going down. There is only so much to show and say and after a while I feel like I'm repeating myself ;)
I'll just stick with the PUM badges for now :)

These are Budleja flowers. The call them Butterfly plants, but there are so little butterflies, so at least I enjoy the bees ๐
It's not easy to have enough time for all, now I have some few moments that I didn't expect but who knows later... Anytime you post it's the right time, just think like this and this post is nice and the photos lovely ๐

Well, that how it feels at the moment. Even though I got up at 7am, there was not much of a will or energy to do anything.
Maybe she will be back one day. I certainly hope so. It felt like an intrusion at first, but it was a very cheerful intruder ;)
Weekends start for me Thursday evenings. I started it great - fell asleep on the sofa before 8pm ๐คฃ๐
