Well, HIVE communities would be different than IRL stuff. Peep this first paragraph for Saul Alinsky. He was into the "community organizing" much like the BLM founders who are trained Marxists (and "organizers"). These types cannot help but show their true colors. I'd really like to pick their brains and see what makes them tick. If it's just a paycheck or if they really believe in their Kool-Aid.
