The engagement on #pob has stalled a little over the past two weeks or so and to aid community growth I will be starting a new contest in the coming days in response to a recent #dcc initiative brought to you by @dcooperation and @clixmoney called Favourite article of the day or #faotd

Basically the #faotd contest will be open to everyone in the #pob front end community and also those wishing to take advantage of the new Decentralized Collaborative Cooperation coin from @dcc
The favourite article of the day or #faotd contest will begin in the coming days and will be very straight forward, there will be some simple rules to follow and prizes will be choosen using a random.org
Comment on the contest post that will be named favourite article of the day #01 E.T.C with a link to your favourite article of the day, and also tag the author, this can be any article you found helpful or you found added value to the #pob community.
Write a brief explanation as to why you chose this particular article.
make sure to use both the #faotd and #dcc tags so that your comment may be curated by both #faotd and #dcc
That's it, it's that simple
Like I said the prizes will be chosen at random using random.org and will include the following.
First place will receive a 5 #pob delegation
Second place will receive 2 #pob delegation
Third Place will receive a 1 #pob delegation
It is hoped that as the contest progresses and people engage that the prizes will rise as per engagement
It would be nice if each person taking part read the articles and upvoted the commenter and if possible post links to encourage more engagement, but it is not essential.
It would also help to delegate #pob to my account for curating rewards but also not essential, it is worth noting that delegators would receive curation rewards daily from my curation on these posts
I am also looking into giving the First place winner each day a Bitcoin Cash NFT, one of the many I currently hold in my https://www.juungle.net/ wallet. but at a later date once the contest starts to receive a valid amount of engagement.

I believe all interaction is down, mainly due to the price of HIVE crashing again.
Yeah it kind of looks like the entire cryptosphere is down, the best time to get active and grow that portfolio.
Thanks for your collaboration with #dcc. It's a great idea. People will be promoted and more content will be seen. About the distribution of the token, I don't have a plan yet. For now I want more people to curate the tag, so the tag will be popular. But the most active in it will be rewarded for sure. I mean we don't reward each participation, but only those who will contribute a lot. Because the token is limited and we don't yet have a lot of buyers. It will be good if the token will be in the hand of more who will distribute it. For example, if I see this contest active, I'll send you some to reward participants. And it's not the final plan. I will think about how to make it better.

@jaxsonmurph what a great idea to encourage participation! A little POB is always welcome. What @clixmoney wants to do with #dcc sounds excellent and I'm glad to see it's getting support. I'll keep an eye out for the date to participate in #faotd.

Great stuff the more that join in the better for the community, I now plan on launching #faotd this coming Week, because the interest and support has been amazing, I am siding towards this Friday hope to see you engaging then, appreciate the interest and kind words
